I walked out of there angry for once again letting Xerxes affect me. Whenever I see him around my mate, by blood boils. My assistance Ben met me halfway on the stairs. Right now, my anger was at its peak, I hope that Ben does not make it worse.
“Alpha” he starts in a nervous yet hesitant voice.
“What is it ben?” I growl angrily at him as I climbed down the stairs
“Alpha, we have lost the deal” he says with fear evident in his voice. I snapped, my head in his direction. I stopped short when we reach down stair.
“Why were we not able to buy the Iris group of hotels?” I inquire as I walk out of the pack house. Ben follows me while informing the reason behind the failure.
