Aimee wished Ginny a goodnight, leaving her to pore over files for some upcoming case that would see her in court tomorrow, and then made a quick escape. The day was over and she really just wanted a glass of wine and a hot bath. While the day had remained quiet and peaceful, it still had the normal stress that came with working in a law office. Combined with the tension her body felt from her personal life, her body was a wad of knots that needed massaging. As she rounded the corner into the parking lot, she spotted Mitch leaning against her car, hands in his pockets as he watched her approach.
