POV: Dante The air was crisp as I stepped onto the training grounds, the early morning light filtering through the trees and casting long shadows across the open field. Around me, the younger wolves were gathering, their eyes bright with eagerness, their postures a mixture of excitement and nerves. They were ready to train, to prove themselves in the face of the threat we all knew was coming. It felt strange, at times, to be here among them, to see the hope and determination in their eyes. When I’d left Talon Pack, these wolves had been little more than pups, chasing each other through the compound and looking up to the older wolves with wonder.
