Briella started to look more like herself after she ate the soup. Kyle and I devoured the pizza. While they went outside, I cleaned up the kitchen and wiped down every surface. I found some disinfecting spray under the sink and used it liberally on the soft surfaces.
When I joined them outside, Briella was sitting on the steps and Kyle was racing around the yard. I chased after him, playing a game of tag where I was always ‘it’ and Briella was ‘safe.’ The fresh air did all of us some good. Kyle got out the energy trapped inside him, and Briella looked like she was almost back to normal.
