1006 Words
***Three years later*** Lisa is now 19 years old, she lives with her younger sister – Sarah– born two years after her, her mother–Samy– a wonderful person and her father –Brady– a man who was always horrible to her... for some reason. Lisa went to college, and worked to pay her own fees, her father refused to pay for her college. This morning she was getting ready for exams, being a second year Lisa already knew the college from back to front. Though she paid her own fees, Lisa's father still didn't allow her to study music, so she is studying psychology and psychiatry, and this was not a problem because she always excelled in everything she did, always gave it her all. This was no different. She stood at 1,59 m tall, weight 54kgs, long beautiful jet black hair, tan skin, blue eyes. Lisa has this different kind of beauty to her... that is hard to not see, both physical and emotional...she has such a kind heart. Though she is shy that won't stop her from doing the right thing... but it's different at home... she was always scared to go home. When she got to the hall the lecturer gestures for her to sit in the front, the desks were set in order of last name, she sat in the third row. A half an hour later, papers are handed out and the 3 hour exam has started. Lisa finished 15 mins early, after checking and re-checking her paper, she sat there... waiting, for the session to be over. Waiting... and Waiting... and Waiting! "Put your pens down, the lecturers will collect your papers, please be seated until all the papers have been counted and checked", the head lecturer said. After a breath and a sigh of relief, she went on her way home, when... bam, Lisa crashes into someone. "I'm sorry" she says quickly before heading home without looking up. She knew, however, that it was a guy. The thing is, had she looked up she would have seen Levi Kingston himself. She reached home going straight to her room, ignoring everyone... to study for her next paper. Lisa didn't hear anyone else enter the house because her music boomed through her room. She quickly switched it off when a loud bang came from the other side of the door. ' Please don't be dad!' she thought. Lisa opened the door to see her worse nightmare, her father stood furious outside her door. "I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOU FOR SO LONG!" he boomed. slap! Lisa held her now burning cheek in her hand, fear making her body shake. "So-rry s-ir" she managed to whisper. "I am having a good day, do not ruin it... Though seeing your face already ruined my day. Now get your ass downstairs before I give you a beating you will never forget." Her father's eyes full of hate. She knew, Lisa knew that their would never be any place in his heart for her, because of what she did... it was her fault. "Yes sir!" she spoke clearly before closing her door and going downstairs. When Lisa reached the bottom of the stairs, she noticed a man standing in the middle of the living room. He guy turned around, clearly hearing her. "Levi", Lisa mumbled. "This is Levi Kingston, he will be staying with us for the next 6 months." That actually made her happy, Levi living under the same roof as her. "You will make sure his stay is comfortable, be a good host." her father completed. "Yes father!" that's the relationship they had. When people are around she would have to call him father but otherwise she called him sir. She turned to Levi now, "Hello Levi!" "Hello miss..." he was saying, before he turned to see her Younger sister Sarah. He's 1.80 m tall, brown shaggy hairstyle, creamy caramel skin, sky blue eyes –man those beautiful eyes– you could get lost in his eyes. His ripped body was clearly visible through his tight t-shirt. She looked away realizing he was already falling for her sister. Of course he would, Sarah's a beautiful young woman, more beautiful than Lisa. Sadly for Levi, Jessie walked in wrapping his arms around Sarah making him avert his eyes. "Lisa what's up girl?" Jessie smiled, walking over to her, giving her a hug. It's a thing they, always do after Lisa excepted him as she brother-in-law. Sarah smiled, for two reasons: first, She knew the reason for that greeting and second, because one other person was being kind to her sister. "Hi Jess, Hi sis" she gave Sarah a hug, "Come help me make dinner later." "Sure." Sarah said before walking up the stairs with Jess close behind. "Keep the door opened" the father shouted up the stairs, making Jessie and Sarah laugh. "Now, you don't mess up" cold. "Follow me, I'll show you to your room" she smiled– fake. Levi had the room next to her, with a shared bathroom, because it was the only one left. Honestly it made her nervous knowing he could walk in while she was bathing or changing. "This is your room, mine is nextdoor so if you need anything, let me know, the bathroom's through that door. It's a shared bathroom, so please knock before you enter." Lisa was about to walk out, when she felt him stare at her. "Anything I can help you with, while I'm here." smile. "Do you know a girl named Sasha... you look just like her." Lisa stiffened and walked out, happy but scared. He was still looking for her, but by her dead sister's name. Lisa went back to her room, and started studying again, she didn't want to fail this paper, her drama can wait, but she couldn't stop the silent tears rolling down her cheeks. For Sasha's death, For Levi, For her father, For her life. "Hey, are you okay. Why are you crying?" Who???
