Chapter Fourteen

When Ami reached home she quickly run to Nicole room just to bragged what happened to her and to JongHyeop. And she wanted asked her something too. "Hi!" Ami greeted to her waiving her hand just to be notice. She just dropped dead her exhausted body on the bed. "Well, sorry for coming to your room. But why you didn't come to the coffee shop today?" She started the conversation.

"I'm just a little bit tired, sorry." Nicole explained while reading a book and not even looking at her best friend who was lying at her bed

"JongHyeop said goodnight to me when I'm leaving at the shop." Ami said shaking her body and being excited too. "He also touched my hand when he opened the door for me."

Nicole shakes her head too.

"So, what?" She said being annoyed.

"Well, JongHyeop is not sleeping here tonight." Ami said pouting her lips. "He asked me if he can sleep at the coffee shop."

Nicole looked at Ami this. And at this time she was being serious. " Stop being nice to that Devil." She said to Ami in a bit angry voice.

"Why? What's the matter? JongHyeop is not a devil." Ami said being protesting. "And beside, he is so adorable and sweet too. So, he is not a devil to me."

"Stop your craziness, okay!" Nicole replied.

"Why so angry?" Ami asked. "Isn't because I lend him your clothes?" She said being frightened cause Nicole voice was a little to loud for a conversation.

Nicole shakes her head again.

"Well...actually, the truth is," she said but she paused for a second.She don't have the courage to tell it to me.

"What?" Ami asked being curious. "Tell me?"

"JongHyeop saw me naked in my room just now." Nicole told to Ami truthfully. Of course she can't lie to Ami about it. They don't keep secret to each other. They are like sisters. They are open for everything if something happen to them. They known each other very well. "And well, I was ashame to face him. And I wanted him to move, to move out at our house." Nicole said.

"Oh gosh! My gosh!" Ami said in disbelief.

"Geez! Over acting." Nicole said rolling her eye balls.

"But, well, Jonghyeop, my Babe. He doesn't have a place to stay. You know that right? And why asked him to move out in a sudden situation. Why? I just because he saw you naked?" Ami replied for Nicole being unreasonable this time. Ami face turned serious this time too.

"Why are you siding him?" Nicole asked back.

"Well, it's not his fault, right? And anyway why did you get undressed here and not at the bathroom? He said your room door was not lock so he opened it widely without knocking at all." Ami explained.

"I know it was my fault too. But he entered at my room without knocking." Nicole replied in a frowned face. "Without even makes a sound too. He just come in like this was his own room."

"Uhm, girl it's 2025. It's fine if JongHyeop saw you naked. There's no big deal at all. Beside, all girls now do that in social media or in some parties. Why so concerned about that undress look? Don't be so conservative." Ami said preaching her. "It's normal."

"Because... I cannot accept it. I'm my mind I can't believe that he already saw my whole body in naked. As in, head to toe." Nicole said being disappointed and ashame as well.

"Well, did he?" Ami said teasing her. "Did he touch you? Kiss you? Or did he tried to? Well, you know?" Ami said with a cheeky face.

But before Ami said the last word Nicole kicked her out of the bed. "Stop saying nonsense! Don't be a pathetic creatures. Okay." She said angrily. "And go out of my room now.Please leave before I do something wrong." Nicole shouted at Ami. Still pretending to be angry at her.

Ami laugh. She was laughing at her. "Well, your body is a goddess. For sure JongHyeop admired it," she said teasing her with a winked. Ami was still laughing. Laughing so hard that Nicole got irritated.

"Nonsense!" Nicole shouted. "Get lost now!"

"Well, I want to be naked in front of JongHyeop too." Ami said still in a cheeky looks.

"Crazy!" Nicole said shaking her head.

"I know, you will be gonna mad at me if I do that?" Ami said still being naughty.

"Go! Get out of my room. Have a shower. You stinked with coffee smell." Nicole said pushing her best friend to go out of her room.Because she can't stand her anymore. She was so annoying b***h.

"Yes I will. Make sure to sleep with clothes tonight." Ami said teasing her again with a laughter.

"Are you not done yet? Get out!" Nicole said being pissed and shy too.

Ami finally leave Nicole alone. The book she was reading, she cannot understand it anymore. Her mind was occupied by JongHyeop. She tried to sleep but JongHyeop face also keep on appearing in her thoughts. Everytime she closed her eyes. Nicole get up in her bed in a moody situation. Maybe, I should go for a walk, she said to herself.

She has nothing to do outside actually. So she decided to go at the convenience store to buy herself a drinks. When Nicole reached the nearest convenience store she walk to the beverage stall. She picked a beer but then she decided to returned it back.Instead she get an apple juice. When she's done she walked back to the same path she was walking thru. Nicole reached in front of there coffee shop. The light was closed and the shop was dark. Nicole makes a sighed.

"Maybe he is now sleeping." Nicole talking to herself while staring at their shop. But without realizing that JongHyeop was already standing behind her back.

"I'm not." JongHyeop responses.

Nicole got shocked and got surprised by JongHyeop voice at her ears. Her neck got shivers at his warm breath. Why Am I so stupid to stopped here and to peep if he was now sleeping? She said to her thoughts. Nicole can't look back. She tried to calmed her nerves because her body was shaking.

Should I need to walk straight or talk to him? She asked herself. She don't know what to do now? Why I always got freezed when I'm with him? She asked again herself. JongHyeop tapped her back. Nicole got shaken by his touched. Nicole heart thumping wild. Gosh! What should I do? I'm going crazy, s**t! She screamed in her mind.

"Are you okay?" JongHyeop asked when there's no response at her "Did I scared you again?" He said being confused."Then, I'm sorry." He apologized.

Nicole shakes her head. Even her mouth doesn't cooperate to talk.

"Do you want to come with me? Let's go for a dinner." JongHyeop invited. Well, I haven't eat. Let's go and buy that spicy chicken," he said smiling.

Nicole can't say 'no' to him because when she stares at JongHyeop eyes she felt hipnotized by those eyes. JongHyeop started to walked, Nicole also followed his stepped. The silent between them was so quite. Only the breeze of the wind they can hear and the vehicles that passing by.

Nicole looked up. The stars was so beautiful that keep glittering in the dark sky. Nicole took a deep sighed. Her heart started to thumping crazy again. Because she doesn't know if JongHyeop purposely bumped her shoulder just to get her attention. Nicole blew some air in her mouth. And she tried to calm herself while walking.

"Well," Nicole started but she can't continue because JongHyeop suddenly stop walking and he pulled her arm just to face him. But Nicole look away with those eyes. .

"Look, I'm sorry for what happened today." JongHyeop apologized being sincere.

His face was really worried about her. Nicole can sense that he is really being sorry for that embarrassing moment. "Can--- can we don't talk about it anymore." Nicole said being shy. She look down while kicking her one feet to the air. She can't stares at JongHyeop eyes.

"If you insist." JongHyeop said lifting her face. "And don't look at the ground when I'm talking to you." He said smiling.

They stared at each other. Their eyes talk. No words from them, just their eyes. JongHyeop face got closer and closer. Nicole closed her eyes. She can feel JongHyeop lips touching her lips. They are kissing. Nicole feel the whole world stop. The Universe stop revolving. And she can't resist JongHyeop lips. It was soft. Nicole open her mouth to let JongHyeop kiss her more deeper. It was so sweet that she can tastes JongHyeop toothpaste from his saliva. Nicole kiss him back while she slowly put her arms at his neck. She tip toe to reached him. JongHyeop pulled her waist closer to him too. Their body was so close.

There body was so warm that they cannot feel the cold breeze of the wind anymore. The kisses got deeper and deeper. So, gentle but so daring. They kissed until they lost of breath. When, JongHyeop stopped kissing her, she look at Nicole face and he gently touched her lips. JongHyeop was reading her if there's any reason to talked about that kiss. Nicole suddenly got shy. Because she kiss him back. She got a little bit wild with that kiss. Cause she need to admits she likes it too.

JongHyeop grabbed Nicole hand. "Let"s go and eat. I'm so hungry," he said smiling while he was holding her hands.

Nicole smiled back at JongHyeop getting a little bit comfortable. "Okay." She replied being shy. She knows her face turned red again. Nicole shakes her head cause her heart is beating so fast because JongHyeop holding her hand. It feels so warm. She feel very safe and comfortable by his side.

Nicole forgot what is the purpose why JongHyeop is with them again. She forgot that JongHyeop was a devil from hell. And she forgot that she was dying because for the very first time she was very happy. Really happy at JongHyeop arms.
