“I checked the guest book and matched it with the CCTV footage on the first floor and also at the entrance. So, at around 4 p.m., three tall women arrived. All three wore white face masks and thick glasses, so their faces were not clearly visible. They claimed they wanted to meet someone. When Customer Service asked who they wanted to meet, the three women were reluctant to say. They replied they were just going to meet someone at the food court for a moment. Without suspicion, Customer Service asked for their ID cards and recorded all the information,” Mark replied.
