Hannah No one heard my screams. Of course, no one would hear me because everyone had gone home. “Mom, Jensen,” I muttered. Minutes passed. Finally, I was too tired to scream. My voice was hoarse, and my throat hurt. Maybe I would have to stay in the restroom all night. My head felt dizzy, my eyes blurred, and my stomach ached from hunger. But I was trapped in the restroom. I didn’t think the cleaning service would lock the restroom. Could someone else have done this to me? But I didn’t have any problems with anyone, except for the four women in my department. I tried to remember what had happened that day. As far as I remember, the four of them left work on time. I overheard them talking about going to a restaurant that had just opened. If it wasn’t the four of them, then who was it?
