Xavier asked with a hint of annoyance in his voice as he opened the passenger's door for me.   "Good morning to you too, grumpy head," I sarcastically replied with a playful smile on my lips as I entered his car. He ignored my remark. He closed the door, walked to the driver's side, and climbed in. "What's up with you?"
