“You were dating Samantha’s son!?” My dad exclaimed when he finally got a hold of himself. He dismissed his hands up in the air and sighed heavily as he continually processed the revelation he just received.
Though, I, too, was very shocked at what I just found out, nevertheless, I couldn’t help myself but laugh at my dad’s common ‘fatherly’ reaction. “Yes, dad. I can’t believe it, too.”
