CESARE'S POV:
I paused as I stretched my hand to open the door. Was that Alessia? I listened to the voices.
She'd never laughed since she arrived. What made her so cheerful this morning?
I stepped in and looked at her— all smiles in a conversation with the maid, Mia.
Mia froze as she saw me and composed herself, stopping immediately. Alessia looked at me and smiled, then said something to Mia before she walked off.
"Good morning, Sir," Mia greeted with a bow as she reached where I stood.
I nodded and watched as she walked out of the room. Did I ruin their fun?
"Good morning, Cesare," Alessia purred, opening the plates as I walked to the seat.
Well, she’s cheery.
"What the hell was that?" I asked as I took my seat.
She stared at me for a second and laughed softly.
"What did it look like?"
She smiled and shifted a bowl to my side of the table.
"I had the head maid prepare the soup I had yesterday for you. I might need to learn the recipe."
"That’s for the maids to worry about," I scoffed, looking at the soup.
My eyes trailed from the soup to her face.
Hmm… was she finally coming to her senses?
"Is there something on my face?" She asked, touching her face.
"No," I answered, sharper than I'd intended, turning my face away.
It’s a good thing she’s coming to her senses. It's actually—
"Okay…" She chuckled.
"And I don’t mind cooking for you if you let me."
My chest tightened immediately.
I stared at her for a while before picking the spoon.
"Just work on being a good girl," I huffed, looking at the soup.
What the hell was wrong with her?
I stole a glance at her as I drank the soup.
"It’s good, isn’t it?" She asked, staring at me.
I ignored her and continued eating.
"Ah…" She mused.
"Table manners. You're doing well."
"Just keep quiet and eat," I muttered, reaching for the bowl of raspberries.
I stole a few more glances at her as we continued eating. What made her so excited?
"Thank you for the meal." She stood up and bowed slightly with a smile before walking off.
Fuck… this was just weird.
I pushed the plates away and leaned against the chair.
Was this some kind of game?
_____
I huffed as I stepped out of the car.
That f*****g union leader… messing with my shipments.
Well, that’s been taken care of.
I exhaled as I scanned around.
"Have the new leader under surveillance." I looked at Bernadino.
"They’re going to try to reach him since their puppet's been disposed of."
"Yes, Sir."
"And Sofia—"
"I had one of the men go pick her up an hour ago." He nodded, looking toward the door.
I looked at the men pulling the boxes out of the trunks.
"Call the Sergeant and have him take care of the rats around the docks. Tell him he has my support for Lieutenant."
"Yes, Sir."
_____
I froze mid-step as I entered. What was going on?
"Master!" Sofia jumped up from where she sat, excitedly looking at me.
I gulped as I looked at Alessia.
Were they having a conversation?
"You look so handsome," Sofia said as she walked toward me,
"As always."
I forced a smile as she wrapped her arm around mine and leaned her head against my shoulder.
"Don't you think so too, Alessia?" She asked, looking at her.
Alessia gave a soft laugh,
"He's a very handsome man."
"The most handsome man," Sofia mused, pressing harder.
"I couldn’t see her clearly then since my brain was… you know…"
She giggled, turning to Alessia.
"f****d out."
Alessia scoffed, looking at me.
"A strong, handsome man."
"Yeah?" Sofia burst into laughter.
"She’s really cool." She looked at me.
I forced a smile and withdrew my arm from hers.
"Aw…" She pouted, looking at me.
"I’ve missed you." She brought her head closer and whispered,
"Want to guess what I’m wearing underneath?"
I shifted my head away and turned to Alessia.
"What were you two discussing?"
"We were just getting to know each other." She answered, looking at Sofia.
"Alessia said she graduated top of her class studying business," Sofia looked at me.
"Such a waste of such a perfect face and body. She’d have made a killing being a model."
"Thank you, Sofia." Alessia replied as she walked toward us.
"You should definitely go after that music career. Your voice is beautiful."
"Well, thank you…" Sofia looked at me.
I shifted my gaze away.
I was still not going to buy an opera house for her to sing with that whack voice.
"Uh…" Alessia muttered,
"I'd love to join the fun…"
What? My eyes widened.
Join? The look on her face and her moans when I broke her rushed into my mind vividly.
A threesome with both of them would definitely... f**k.
Giving Sofia back shots while she eats Alessia's p***y. I wonder what look she'll have.
My d**k twitched in excitement. That will definitely—
"But I can't." She chuckled, eyeing me.
"You know…" She lowered her gaze to herself.
"Oh?" Sofia mused.
"Did you guys have fun without me?" She walked to Alessia.
"Was it that wild?" Her eyes trailed from Alessia to me.
"I want something like that too."
Alessia grinned and looked at me.
"I'm sure he’ll give it to you."
I looked away.
What the f**k was she doing?
"You guys have fun." She mused, turning to leave.
"I'll join some other time."
My d**k became harder as I watched her walk away. Damn.
"Let’s take care of that." Sofia purred, looking at my pants as my d**k pressed hard against it.

ALESSIA’S POV:
"Will you need anything else, Ma’am?" Mia turned to me as she reached the door.
"No." I smiled, holding the book tightly to my chest.
"I'll visit the library tomorrow. I need to sleep."
"Martha told me about the place. She used to read some of the books from there. I’m sure you’ll love them." She smiled.
"She didn’t say much about the tunnels, though. I haven't told anyone or checked, but—"
"Thank you, Mia." I interrupted.
"I never thought I’d have books to read here."
"You're welcome, Ma'am." She bowed and walked out.
I dropped the book on the shelf and scanned the room. Who would’ve thought such fortune would come so soon?
I reached for my phone as it rang and answered.
"It's ready."
