Immortality is a curse. Sentient beings irrespective of the era they exist all have one thing in common. They live life with a fear of death. It is law in the universe that all things that live must die but the universe itself remains; an unending flow of energy. It is a cycle of beginnings and endings, creation and destruction. Sentience, how deceptive it can be. When the being is self aware and has the ability to think and create, it loses the consciousness of the fact that there are forces greater than itself. They being to in their foolishness attribute powerful titles to themselves and boast in their futility.
