Charles closed his cellphone and smiled. He was successful in making Chastity mad. For an unknown reason, he has taken delight in making Chastity mad since he saw her this time. He takes pleasure in teasing and "bullying" her.
Without Chastity's knowledge, this is his fifth day in her city. He came here earlier than her for two reasons.
