I woke up with the sound of sparrows chirping in my window. It's been a year since I was banished. Kyle and Alice have been really nice to me. And so have Elena, Jeremy, Perry and Carlos. I realise the teachings I got from heaven were not really accurate. Not all humans are greedy, I had literally nothing to offer to Kyle and Alice when they brought me to this "Home" last year. But they did not seem to bother. Rather they decided to help me and educate me in a phrontistery of mortal beings which they prefer to call "High School".
They at first did not believe me, but when they saw the ripped marks from my skin caused by tearing of wings and the bleeding that they presumed to be gold they decided to take it in. It's been really nice. Then the bird chirps to me." Oh yes! Good morning pretty bird!!" Ah yes, the only power i now have is to speak the language of animals and my warrior skill as they were taught not granted.
"It's been a year and still I don't know how you do it." I heard Elena who was now standing at the entrance to my room."HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETIE!!!" She said coming to embrace me and I repeat the action."Thank you.... What's a birthday??" She replies"Oh yes a birthday is a day when you come to this world..... And because we had you last year on this day, soo today is your birthday!!!" She sounds really excited. I smiled. She takes good care of me." Now get ready we gotta go to school". "Okay".
