Lilac’s P.O.V
My life was becoming monotonous and I knew that I needed a break from it all if I didn't want to lose my mind completely. As it stood, I was only hanging by thin threads and I badly needed a break away from everything.
"Hey! Back to earth young woman," Dani said, giving me a little push.
I sighed heavily and she didn't miss it. There was now a look of concern on her face and I knew that she was beginning to get worried and I couldn't blame her because whatever happened to me affected her too and vice versa.
"Girl, you know you can talk to me about anything, right?" she asked. “I’m always here for you.”
