Can't I be More

Alice POV:

I woke up on top of my mate with the sun shinning through the windows. It seems like a prefect morning but was this really my destiny. Slowly I felt his arms around me.

"Good morning flower." Kyle said in a deep tired voice.

"Morning we should get up you have pack training." I replied.

"Not today, My beta can handle it." Kyle held me tighter.

"Well I have magic lessons to go to." I said while trying to brake loss from his grip.

"WHAT!?!?!?!?!" Kyle bellowed and throw me off of him.

"Everyday while you been training to pack I have been learning magic." I said timidly to him.

He didn't say anything but gave me a look of fury. I was scared, I don't think he would kill me but even if he did would that really be the worst thing? So I decide to show him a little bit of my magic. I held out my palm and made a sphere of light. He didn't say anything just this hard look of anger. So I made the sphere change colors.

"ENOUGH" he shouted once more. "You are a werewolf and daughter of the moon goddess at that. You do not use magic. Understood?"

"Can't I be more then just a werewolf?" I asked in a low voice.

"More then JUST a werewolf? You and a werewolf and that is all you will ever be. You are my mate, my Luna, my Queen. And last night you said you follow my orders. UNDERSTOOD." He was now grabbing my wrist and yelling into my face.

Tears started running down my face. I was both scared and hurt. I don't think I realized till now that I wanted to be more then just an Omega. But in a way I guess I am, I am a Luna Omega. But a part of me wants to do magic so I can be strong and fight in my own way. But he was right magic is not the werewolf way. Which got me thinking what if it was. what if there are many werewolfs, omegas, that can use magic if they were taught. They could be powerful in their own right.

I was so lost in thought I hadn't notice Kyle had pulled me into a hug that engulfed me. Somehow his warm hug had stopped all my tears. But I may no longer feel scared but I was still hurt. In a way he couldn't see me as anything more then a werewolf.

Hello everyone thank you for reading my story. I apologize that it has been months since my last update. I was in a car wreck and been in a coma. But I am awake now and getting better everyday. No this is not the end of the story there is much more to come. Also sorry for this chapter being so short. I wanted to get this published ASAP.
