The dress Anahi bought pictured above ^

Anahi ran upstairs as fast as her legs would take her and locked herself in her room.
And it was then more tears began to flow.
She cried her heart out.
How could she have been so stupid?
Dante's words echoed in her head.
"Look Anahi, you better stay out of this."
Her granny always told her to stay out of a man's affair. But it concerned a woman, who was being treated unfairly. If she hadn't stood up to him, she would've been just as guilty as he was for mistreating her.
At what cost? A broken heart?
Better than living a lie...
"Because you're nobody!" "I bought you so respect me!"
She threw the lamp across the room and watched as it shattered.
She was mad at him, yes she was. Suddenly she wished that lamp was him.
She was mad at herself, for showing her vulnerability.
How dare he throw that in her face?
He said that she'd live a good dream everyday.
Why then, did his words bring about a nightmare in her life.
Just then, she heard a knock on the door.
"Ana please open the door." said Isabelle.
"Go away!" she screamed.
"My brother is an i***t, I know. He had no right to fling that back in your face."
"You knew what kind of a man he was and yet you didn't tell me! Why?"
"Just open the door Ana. Let us talk in your room."
Isabelle hoped that Ana wasn't mad at her. If she'd just open the door...
Just then she heard the door click open.
Isabelle gasped when she took in Ana's appearance.
Her eyes were red from crying and her face was tear stained.
Now she wanted to beat up Dante too.
"Ana, honey." she said pulling her into a hug.
"I hate him." whispered Anahi, "He's a big dummy."
"All men are honey." she said, stroking Ana's head.
They went inside and Isabelle locked the door behind her.

"I don't want any ball." said Anahi.
And she meant it. She did not want to pretend to be happy, she'd done it for eighteen years, she wasn't going to do it again.
