"Use your disappearing trick," Mark suggested to Jason. I chimed in, realizing the oversight we had made earlier. "Right," I exclaimed feeling slight hope at the prospect of Jason's magical abilities coming to our rescue. However, Jason's face fell, and he let out a frustrated sigh. "I didn't bring the potion," he confessed, his hand meeting his forehead in a facepalm. Mark's disappointment was obvious. "I thought you'd at least bring something that important," he muttered, his disappointment seeping into his words. Jason's response was also laced with defensiveness. "Did you expect me to carry my entire luggage with me?" he retorted. Sensing the tension rising between them, I quickly intervened, my voice calm but firm. "It's okay, guys. Let's not dwell on what we don't have.
