Rose’s POV
Roman quickly jumped Infront of me in order to protect me. Adrian c****d his brows as he looked at his son with a serious expression. His face was unreadable.
At that moment, I really felt tense. I didn’t want Roman to get in to trouble just the same way that he did with me.
“Roman, do you have something to say?” Adrian asked.
Roman lowered his head and then muttered “Dad, it was all me. Please don’t blame it on Rose.”
I pulled Roman back and held his hands in mine “Adrian, if there is someone to blame it’s me. I’m the one who lied. Please don’t take it on the child.”
