I am back

I am so sorry for the delay i was having a little hard time maintaining a good mental health but i am back and now am gonna update weekly , thank you so much for the patience i will try my best to not disappoint you all. The next update will be within this week . I Love you all :) teehee :). I am planning to also start a diary writing thing here in terms of my mental health and all XD .Wish me luck , we can all do this fighting XD Here are some things that helped me deal with anxiety and overthinking 1-try eating a chewy gum or candy in times like these, it helped me cope up with so many things. 2-try doing a mini workout ,it helps with sleep, and helps me feel refreshed and ready to accomplish new things. 3-try focusing on your breathing pattern for at least five minutes everyday. 4-try eating fruits everyday . 5- when you feel your anxiety get out of control try talking to someone randomly ,this will get your mind off for a while. 6-Remember that your existence does matter ,thank you for not giving up. :)
