I watched as Lumina gently closed the door to Zade's bedroom, leaving the Alpha alone with Lyn and Lynn and deep down I felt like I understood the real reason behind it- despite Lyn being Zade's true mate, Lynn had spent years serving as his public Luna which meant that Lynn had also gotten close to Zade and had begun to care for him as well.
They needed time to sort through the complicated emotional situation that Zade's curse had revealed and forced on them, especially now that the mating bond between Lyn and Zade was becoming impossible to ignore, especially with the fact that the reason that Zade was literally suffering was because Lyn was in love with him. I doubt Zade would ever doubt Lyn's love for him after this.
