Ari walked into the airport pulling her luggage behind her and holding her flight itinerary as well as other documents advised by the agency for her to carry along and, since it was her first time, she did not know where to go or what to do, so Ari approached the counter, where she saw immaculately dressed male and female staffs attending to people to enquire on what to do and the attendant was kind enough to politely give her directions on where to go wait till her flight is announced for check-in and then she'll be directed on where to go check in.
