I am now standing in front of the company with preparations I have in hand and beautiful, neat, and decent clothing to meet the requirements of the company that will be interviewing me. I can't imagine that I'll be standing so real here and will be doing an interview with one of the biggest and largest companies. I can see myself going back to where I started and it made me so proud. I am always proud when someone says that I am stronger than my past self because of what I've been through. I think I’m feeling what Aryn felt like when she was interviewed for the first time and it was no other company. It’s a big company. You can tell by the looks of it from its exterior to its interior. It was extremely well built. I looked at the time and I was pretty early for the interview, but I decided to enter the building, so I could learn and be able to find out what is it As expected. Someone was waiting inside just beside the front desk. He looks like someone who has a higher level than the rest on this floor. I smirked and made myself pleasant and greeted him with grace. “Good morning—sir?” I greeted him but I cut it off because I didn’t know his name. “You can call Mr. Ross, and I’m enchanted to meet you!” he replied with a smile. Whoa! Hold my beer! Enchanted is such a beautiful word to be used for me, but then I accepted his hand and replied, “It is enchanting to meet you also and I can’t wait for it.” I needed to be able to get to his side because I was desperate for it. I will not let it go. This happens to be my last straw, unfortunately, if that happens. “Well, you can follow me and I will instruct you what to do.” He went to the gate that could be opened with this specific and special card that he had. He kept it on the sensor board while he let me enter first, and then he followed me. He walked past me and followed him behind. I don’t have much time to appreciate all the details that were carved into the parts of the building. It looks fascinating to look at. It’s not an ordinary company, it is an art and I’m just looking at it for free. Allard Incorporation is a magical company. I never noticed that we arrived at a room with a uniquely made door. The color is dark and intimidating, as well as the walls of it and its surroundings. It was a dark or navy shade of blue with a darkish red shade of brown and it looked like it was wood by its details. I stopped zoning out when Mr. Ross called my name and gestured that I could enter the room. As I entered, two people were sitting on the medium-sized wooden table with a stick of organized paper. It is not that surprising that many people want to work for the company, but it’s still overwhelming to look at. The atmosphere grew thicker than it could be. They looked at my application papers, I guessed, and to me. I think my throat is now dry as a desert because of how intense the vibe here is. I think I’m the first one to be in here. I looked to my right and noticed that Mr. Ross didn’t leave the room, instead, he was sitting pretty comfortably on the couch at the side just beside the door. “Please introduce yourself.” I gulped when they finally decided to speak. I stood up and talked about myself. It was pretty simple but left a great impression based on their expressions. The sign that I can sit and then continue to ask me. The question is just a speck of dust on my shoulder and I am rubbing it perfectly. Even if I am no expert in this type of thing, I can say. The interviewers can’t hide nor are their faces unreadable. I can see that they liked my answers and I am now standing in the lane where I can be accepted. “That’s it. You’re hired,” they announced. I thought I was deaf for a moment when I was trying to walk and then I realized that they said differently. I am trying not to squeal in the meantime and just gave them a big but genuine smile. You can’t be wrong about the power of a smile. I thanked them and went out of the room, clutching my heart because of so much happiness I got from the two words “You’re hired”. Mr. Ross clapped his hand and said, “Congratulations!” “Thank you, sir!” I said. I am smiling widely and can’t seem to take it off. “You’ll be under my care and I hope for your future support and success,” he said. “Don’t worry about being a newbie because all of us went through that stage, however, just remember that we are also One-Call away.” He added. “Will I start now?” I asked as we stood at the entrance of the interview room, awkward from each other. “Oh... Yeah! I’m sorry I forgot!” he apologized and said that his apology was accepted. It’s not like he intentionally forgot to tell and point out the place where I’ll be working from now on. We went through many floors until we reached the floor where the human resources management is located. I can’t decide what to feel when I step my foot through the glass door where the tables for employees are located. I hope they welcome me warmly and nicely. I am nice to everyone, nice to me also, and not to those who can’t respect and treat me nicely because they don’t deserve any bit of it. “Welcome to human resources management!” someone said. “I am Ms. Justine and I am the assigned team leader! Nice to meet you Dem!” a shorter female approached me and said. I took her and shook hands with her gently and replied. “Likewise, Ms. Justine! I hope you will take care of me!” “Yes, of course, don’t worry about it, as long as you’re under our care.” “So well, I will leave you guys here. Fighting, Dem!” he cheered up although his facial expressions didn’t even change. He looks serious and it is quite fun to watch. I nodded and also copied his gestures. He walked away right after that and I turned to her and saw that she was smiling at me while gesturing that I should be walking now to my table. “That’s your table and here’s mine.” She pointed out tables and told me what table is for who. I think that we are about 10 people here and we are early birds because they are not here. I also wonder what happened to the time. I thought it was for general but it was only given to me. She told me what to do, where I can get and put the specific things for this and that. She accommodates me so perfectly and I understand her so well. She has a gentle voice as well as her appearance and the way she moves. She is older than us here but she looks adorable. “Do you get it, Dem?” she asked. “Pardon me? I missed it.” I reasoned out because I am talking–I mean spacing out. “Well, I said that the papers you’ll be arranging, organizing, and working on are in the second drawer on the left.” She repeated. I listened intently this time and kept it noted. “So that’s it for you. If you need anything just call me,” she said. I thanked her and went to my new table. I can hear footsteps now and voices that look like they are talking clearer as they go here in our direction. Ms. Justine stood up again and get their attention. “Good morning, Ma’am!” they all greeted in unison. She responded and looked at me. I stood up because I can sense that she wants to introduce me to the team. “Alright, guys!” She started. “We have a new co-worker.” She continued. She gestured that I should introduce myself to them. I gulped and introduced myself. “Good morning, I’m Dem and I’ll be your new team member. I hope you take care of me!” There was a silence but then it was broken when someone introduced themselves. “Hi, I’m Shion! I’m not that old and not that new here. Nice to meet you!” He is such a cute and bubbly guy. “I’m Jaax! Nice to meet you!” Another guy was introduced. He has this cold aura with his grayish hair. It looks cool on him I admit. They are all introduced followed by one another. We settled down when all the members were introduced and also when Ms. Justine said so. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Job well done. Mr. Ross!" he complimented the man. Frederick is in his mansion and sitting on his throne. He is in a good mood right now and he wants to stay that way. "What a good day is it!" he complimented as he stand up and went up to the grand balcony. The balcony is in the center, it's spacious and he can see all the other houses beyond the golden gate of his house. Frederick is a lonely old man and all he does is monitor his company not that often and go buy and collect wines and whiskey and also loves to gamble. He can't take any loss and he does you will regret not giving up. He is a man who wants and is greedy for power. "Sir, why are we helping this Lady?" His secretary who has been with him since then asked. He has the guts to asked and suggest things because he knows how to play with him and he has no fear of dying also Frederick will not let him die because he is the most loyal secretary or assistant plus advisor to him. "Everyone has their asset and She will be our asset." He responds to the man. "I have a bad feeling and I can't trust Tristan on this matter." He added. "But why did you give him the mission in the first place?" he asked. "Well, why don't you go back to some of the words you asked," he commanded. His secretary was dazed for a while but he knew how smart and, in just snapped of his fingers, he replied. "He is on his mission." "Correct. That mission can result in only two possibilities. It can be a success or failure," Frederick explained. "As far as I can see him doing, it feels like he wants his deal." "And does it be?" "Freedom." Frederick is not the type to give out orders and also missions to someone he knows that can't accept the challenge, but he saw something in the kid's eyes. It was a burning passion for wanting what he wanted, so he didn't think twice about giving him the mission. He didn't care if it is hard or not. So he made or the kid made a deal before accepting the mission. He smirked at how petty and useless his deal was without letting him know. He wants freedom. In his life, there is no freedom because he knows what will end for those who want freedom. He knows how it felt to have freedom and how he saw it to someone he gave freedom and how it was taken away from that person. He is regretting that day when he gave that person their freedom without them giving something in return. Freedom is not something they are given to someone. They should be the ones gaining it so that they can know that they have a responsibility once they gain it. He doesn't want Tristan to be liked his father. His father was long gone from the earth because of that f*****g freedom he wanted. As a father, he just wants to give what is best for his son and he failed to do so. He doesn't want to blame his son for wanting to be free, he is blaming the death of his son on someone and those people are still breathing lively while they get into the dark side. He is just starting it that year and that's only a sneak peek of what he is capable of but he wants to shape Tristan first to be eligible heir to the company. He will not let those snakes push thru the throne he is keeping for decades. He will help Tristan shape into his real form and his real Etienne Blood. Tristan is the only hope of his grandfather to take care of the company. Tristan is mischievous and needs to learn more about the field but what he can see is that he is taking the mission so lightly like he can win it in the end. While Tristan is doing his work he will do his too. He will not lose the chance because the way to it is in his hands.
