“Is this for real?” I heard Tallia said as we all get off the bus. “It is not like I have never been in the beach before. low-key hilarious in how we manage to get on the bus and left the city and get off and here we are in this sandy place.” “Glorious beach is this!” Hani exclaimed as we walk towards the road to get there. “They have stalls here also! Alejandro seems to be worried about food and told us we are going to a survival which is ridiculous and overacting.” She complained Jan to us about being an over reactor in the group which I am accustomed by it. “I just have plenty of balles and some cards,” Alejandro said as he scratched his head while looking at his wallet. I nudged and gave him a wink. “Oh! No wonder I didn’t take a money because…” he laughed while looking at me and continued. “We have a hidden sponsor here.” Hani smacks Alejandro’s back of his neck. He glared at her then soften his gaze at her and smiled at her. “That’s so relaxing!” “Want to get the second one?” asked Hani, as she went closer to his face. Hani is somewhat the girl crush type and a flirty one too. They are actually flirting, teasing and mocking each other. I confirmed and I will expose to you that they are dating…just kidding! I cleared my throat and gestured that we arrive into the hotel I reserved secretly for them. I didn’t plan this ahead it just that the owner of the hotel is the Hotel Deep blue. She actually wants this to be promoted because it is not that popular yet, and she knows I have so many acquaintances so why not I used it for her. I got the tickets for the 2 suites, I actually just said it not so long ago and she also gave the official tickets for the five of us just this time around. I just ready a room for all of us because the sun is going to set in a while and we know that we all wanted to get fresh sea air after our promotions in our recent movies and series as well as our individual schedules together with our photoshoots, interviews and also meet and greet with our fans. We are all happy that we all did our jobs all done and the outcome is great and also we are grateful and happy that we can meet our fans up close. We are all friends in i********: and twitter and we all saw the photos captured by our fans, we are thankful for that wonderful promotion. At last, we all need a place of solitude as we build up our eunoia and over morrow we can continue our life in the city, so for a while we need to be in peace with the sea. “Are you guys hungry?” I asked them. We are all now standing in the shore and the stalls are extended until you can’t see it anymore. They all observed and replied. “Can we all looked around first?” “Sure!” I assented coolly. We are in the three quarters of the stall when they decided to go back to the middle section of the stall. --- I am really upset when Jace dragged us out of nowhere and told us when he knows we can’t go back now and I am so lucky to be seated with him in the long ass ride to somewhere he knows that we don’t know, note my sarcasm here. The guy beside me have some guts to teased me when I don’t have that patience in my blood. I am filled with gratitude when Alejandro came in and had to rebuked his friend for teasing me. we are all seated a bit deep in the bus, Alejandro, Hani, Tallia and someone I don’t knew is in the back while Jace and I are stacked together in front of them in their right, and I actually liked it, I mean being in the back because it implies a great conversation and chemistry between each other, we can also tell stories from our pasts which I had to avoid and when it was my turn the bus suddenly went on stop and didn’t participated on it. As the time passed by, my mind went on her joyful mode and abruptly erased my feelings and upsetting emotions and went on the flow of life again. I actually learned something with them, Hani is afraid of cats but loves dogs while Alejandro, even in his tough image he can be responsible about his cats and he loves them but he doesn’t like dogs because he can’t sleep in the midnight because he might be waked up with the sound of barking so he much prefers a quiet and curious in nature cats. We all talked about such interesting topics to a useless one that everyone’s loves to play about. I am glad that they don’t question my existing and unexciting past because it will be so awkward to help them out when they chose to be nosy but I think they value someone’s privacy. We actually went out for their sanity’s sake because of how noisy the bus is and we getting louder and louder as we getting nearer and nearer as what Jace said and also the last stop is the beach and we are just counting each station as we stop. Beach? I don’t really know if he is legitimately telling us the truth or he just trolling us around, but as I furtively glanced over him, he seems genuine and also as we stopped on the second to the last stop he finally told us the truth on why he decided to take us on a serendipitous trip. I felt that it is for me because the word “down” and “today” because that was I am feeling today as I remembered Dem, but the thing here is I don’t want to be delusional because it might be for Hani, I don’t know. “Last stop!” the bus driver announced twice before we actually stop and arrived at our destination. The first thing I can see is nothing but a road and building but I can smell the faint smell of sea water. I can’t wait to see an actual sea with a shore because back on Honfleur, I can’t see sand because it’s a port. As what I can remember, this will be the first trip to the beach. If I say this to them I can figure out that their reaction might be so hilarious. They will realize how an introvert I am and neither I can be in the beach. I do not know too if I am seeing an actual sand or a pile snow beside a melting frozen sea. “I am hoping for a sand!” I said to myself and didn’t know that Tallia heard it. “How long the time where you see a sand?” she asked. Oh! The moment of truth! “Never.” I drop it, it became dead silent and the gush of the air make my arms go goosebumps. “What?” she snaps at me. “Are you for real? Real?” she asked unbelievably. I giggled and linked our arms and pulled her in the group because we are getting behind them. “Yes. This is my hidden secret and you’re the only one who knows,” “Knows what?” Hani asked. She went beside me on my right and also linked her right arms to my left. I am feeling a little bit uncomfortable. I have no clue of the reason I feel bit uncomfy when she went beside me. “Well, because you’re jealous!” a voice back in my mind said. “No! I am not!” I denied not because its true because it’s not. “You are guilty!” the voice insisted. I rolled my eyes and blow the voice away and let her go back to the deep part of my mind. “You’ll regret not trusting me! Jealousy can kill everyone!” she said and went away. Whoa! She is stubborn and can’t understand anything about a “no”. We are walking on a path that will lead us in the beach and as we get to the shore it was fantastic and I am afraid that all I can see is sand and wonder where the heck is the snow that should cover the beach. “Whoa! This is awesome!” Alejandro exclaimed as he spread his arms. I am not sure why he is reacting like this is also his first time seeing a beach. “Alejandro!” I called his name and he looked at me. “Are you a local?” I asked. “What kind of local?” he responded. We all stop in the between the sea and the city in the shore and lined up like we are shooting our backs for fashion. “Is there a kinds of local? Isn’t it one only?” I asked him back. “Well, if you really want to then I will tell you, my lady!” he said. I am taken a back with the last two words he said. “What did you say?” Hani asked him and gaze at him intently. I noticed that Jace faced our side in Alejandro’s left side and gestured something. He points with his left index is Hani and the other one is Alejandro and then he gestured a heart. Hani, Alejandro, heart? Heart symbolizes love so…are they in love? I also faced him on his way and mouthed. “Are they dating?” I just received an “I have no idea” gesture. “Ehem! Love birds!” Tallia spoke and cleared her throat. The two briskly stopped what they are doing. “Shall we go look around?” she suggested a quick tour which I want but standing here makes me actually leave the reality for a moment and relax but then I can’t enjoy this unforeseen event in my life. “Are you guys hungry?” Jace asked. “Can we look around first?” I suggested, I actually just repeated what Tallia said because I can see that Alejandro’s side and so on can’t hear what we are talking about on the other side. “Sure!” he agreed and we started to head the stalls. We want to look around and by that is we want to look around the stalls that are lined up horizontally, occupying the back side of the shore. It looks like it became a line to separate or a border to separate the actual shore from the concrete road. They have variety of foods and not only from the France but all around the world. We went every stall to look at the food they prepared and sell, we mean specifically just me and Tallia who cares about what we going to eat for tonight’s dinner because the three behind our backs have their own world and doesn’t even mind to choose what they want. The two are just basically flirting with each other that makes it totally obvious that they have or will have a thing for each other while…Jace on the other hand lost on his own space, however after I looked at him, we accidental locked each other’s eyes and he suddenly spoke up after that. “I will be paying for the food so go on pick what you want,” he announced and did I saw it right? He—winked at—me? “Yes! My lovely brother!” Alejandro exclaimed excitedly but Jace just gave him a serious looked and shoot his very own deadly glares at him, creating a pouty and sulking looking Alejandro, and the three of us just let out a laughter when his expressions are devastatingly so good. “Look at you! Pouty little boy!” Hani teased him. “Whatever!” he said still pouting hardly. “You look…” I said. His eyes beam in anticipation but I am sorry not sorry and said. “You look acute, a 20 angle to be exact.” “Don’t tell me he looks a freaking slice of cake in one of those miserly and cheap looking cafés?” she pointed out precisely the details and I let out a chuckle and nodded. “Whoa! Ladies, you are all getting harsher to me, I can’t accept it anymore!” he whined. “You looked like you’re wasted!” Jace commented. “I look like wanting a champagne right now!” he uttered. “So…it is settle then,” Jace said which confused the majority of us. “I want you to cheer because Alejandro will buy us a champagne!” As he said it we all cheered on the poor guy until he has no choice but to surrender and promise us to buy one in the store. He even told us that there is no store that sells liquor but then the stall lady pointed out the big red sign in the other street and told us that—it is the biggest liquor store in the town. Alejandro looked so done when his plan didn’t even move to another step or just make us realized for a moment because of the lady. We all laughed at him—Jace paid the lady as Hani and Tallia get the bag of food for us. “Go on!” I said. “We will look for an empty table while waiting for you two to go back here.” I said and we all parted ways.
