As they were walking back to the pack-house, everyone was outside waiting.
"Welcome home Alpha Alex," Cory yelled smiling.
Several other pack members followed suit.
Alex smiled as they continued walking toward the house, "Why are they all here?"
"They decided to throw you a barbeque to welcome you home."
"Are you serious?" he said eyebrow raised.
"Yeah,"
"Wow, didn't think they liked me much."
Elizabeth laughed, "Of course they like you, a lot more once they found out about everything."
"Do you?"
"Do I what?"
"Do you like me more?"
"I judge you based on how you treat me. I hated you, then I felt nothing for a long time because I went numb, then I felt sorry for you, then Love. We will have to see what happens now, our future is really in your hands."
