Hunter and Noah stared back at Marco in complete and utter confusion.
“I don’t really know what happened,” Marco said, struggling to find the words to explain. “I’ve tried to ask Daisy about it, but every time I do, she gets…”
“Weird?” Hunter asked, finishing his sentence.
“Yeah, but it doesn’t seem like it’s on purpose,” said Marco. “I think she had a memory curse placed on her by Osiris to forget what happened in this room.”
“So, let me get this straight,” Noah interjected, trying desperately to understand. “There were four of you that grew up here, from the time you were little kids, but Daisy doesn’t remember a single thing about this Allen guy? And this all started after Osiris showed up and killed Allen in this very room, which Daisy was the sole witness to?”
