I wake up the next morning with a pounding headache I setup and groan. As I try to pull the comforter I notice rude setting at the floor at the end of my bed, wait he is sleeping did he sleep their whole night when I move my neck I feel pain at my nape and next thing I notice is I am at rude’s room. I don’t remember sleeping but I decide to get up do my morning routine. I had told siya to put some cloth for me as I walk out my clothes are on bed I quickly wear them, pull my hair in a ponytail and then I notice a red mark on my neck, is that a hickey so that’s the reason why my neck is hearting but it is big like an animal bite. I am going to kill him. I reach the dining hall was about to set when rude groan beside me “why are you up so early” rude ask still sleepy “its 7 already sleepy head” I said “I don’t want you out of bed so early, come” he said reaching for my hand “I am not sleepy, why don’t you go and get some sleep you look tired” I tried reasoning “no I want you” he said almost whining like a child and I giggle but my giggles died down when he picked me up bridal style and start moving toward stairs “don’t you let me fall” I said teasing him. We reach his room he put me on bed and I sat up against bed he slide beside me resting his head on my lap, I start caressing his head “rude are you alright you look tired and stressed” I said concerned “nothing darling, just thinking about something” he said, I know it’s not nothing something is bothering him “I will not presser you, tell me when you feel like” I said leaning in and giving him a peck on his forehead. He looked deep in thought for some time “love I don’t want to lose you” he said sounding afraid “rude I am here with you” I try to assure him, he said nothing I look at him and he is sound asleep I smile and pick my phone and start scrolling down my social media.

Rude walk for some time now and I am downstairs making toast for both of us everyone is out for good know what. I hear rude enter the room I look toward him he still seems upset about something. I put out plates on the table and we eat in silence. After finishing we went for a walk in his garden, from sometime rude would open his mouth like he wants to tell me something then shut it up again I don’t know what to say. I cupped his face “rude say it, just don’t stress yourself” I said concern.

Tell her!! what am I spouse to say ‘hey I am not human, I am a dragon. Known for being a rare, heartless, scaring, demonic one and to add on you are mated to this heartless cold-blooded dragon and how can I forgot that I mark you without your permission yeah that’s all’ well if you phrase it like this she will surely run away my subconscious scold me. Drop it slowly I remind myself “look love you know you mean everything for me” I start she nodded hesitantly “I never want to hide this but I was afraid you will run away or you will hate me for what I am” I said she looks confused but remain silent “I want you to know whatever I look like, I am still the one who is you love-struck puppy and I am still your rude” I said “go on rude I am impatient you know” she said I take few steps back and let my inner self come out, I am nervous as hell what if she runs away, what if she hates me, what if she be scared. I let my black horn come out, my sharp fang grew out of my mouth, my skin change in scales, my pupil turned into silver scales with a green emerald in centre, my ear grow sharp and at the end my wing came out from my shoulder bone black with horns, my body cover in spiritual tattoos that show our rank and power. I am a rare and most powerful black dragon, one in the whole world and to add up I am from the only royal family in the dragon kingdom. I look toward my mate she looks pale, is she that much horrified before I take a step forward she starts screaming clutching her body I rushed toward her she falls on her knees I set in front of her going back to normal. She looks so much in pain and I don’t know what to do I hug her to myself “rude……rude” he whispers in pain “I am here, I am right here babe. You will be alright” I assure her. I mind link Aaron to take Rayan here and call Varon and siya here. Everyone reaches in a blink of eyes “what is going on” all confuse “what happen to her” Aaron rushed toward my Kiya “I don’t know I just had told her about me and the next I know she starts screaming in pain” I said “do something Rayan” I growled by now she has fainted and I got panicked “Take her to your room I will check her their” Rayan said panicked too. I pick her up and take her to my room and place her on my bed Rayan enter and push everyone out.
It’s been whole hour Rayan had not come out “relax brother she will be fine, Rayan can handle her he is the best healer” Aaron said I can notice the pride in his voice. Door of my room burst open and Rayan come out I run toward him “what happen Rayan” Aaron ask looking at his terrified looks “she is alright, yeah” I ask “what happen Rayan says something” Siya shake him but he is still dazed “Rayan you are killing us spit it out” Varon said “it will not turn out good, she will be terrified……I don’t how it happen I don’t know what to tell you guys…she...She can’t. it’s not possible” Rayan start babbling and it gave me a heart attack the look on his face said it not going to be good something it very bad very-very bad
