The Darkness within

AWAKEN

Mysteries unravel as the silent night approaches, he looks up and all he sees is the dark night skies, he tries to speak but his voice is caught by a deep groan from within him, it was like he was trapped within himself, then he feels a sharp pain in his chest as he tries to scream, a loud roar comes out of his mouth instead of words. And all of the sudden him hands break and backbone moves up. He thought he was dying but little did he know that he was turning into what he hated the most, the very thing he called a monster, a beast among men. his eyes turn blood red and from his mouth long sharp fangs.

The glimpse of his very disgusted appearance was so horrifying that even the sight made the flowers waiver, seizing to exist. But all was about to change coz that was just the beginning.

But at times not all that seems to be is what is, was he really what he was now ?........

21 YEARS AGO…

it all began with a man and a woman felling in love, they got married and it seemed that all was great and well but everything changed with only one journey. The man went on a trip, on his way approaching his destination, the car turns and crashes and the man died at the spot, leaving his wife with a 2years old girl and a 3 months pregnancy.

After the burial, the woman was deprived of all her things, money, house, everything. But she did nothing, only took her child and went away to live with her parents. Life was tough but she managed to survive. She later gave birth to a boy, named him after his late father wishing, praying and hoping that he would change everything.

YEARS LATER,

It was another perfect day in the park, with a clear sky and a beautiful breeze blowing through the trees making the leaves move softly and gently, it was almost like they were dancing to the sound of the music played by it. Then grey clouds rapped round the town like elastic, cars stood like toys made of cards with plastic as a young boy laughs at his plastic dancing around in the rain. As the launders clean clothes with high hills r****g toes, little girls’ splash paddles with a burst off the coast. Dressed in there suits and there boots but all looked the same.

As a young lady sits outside smoking and crying, thinking her cigarette will make it better. After having a fight with her dad, her heart and mind was now battling of what could have been, or should have been. She looks at the man walking on the other side of the road, and she just giggles as he looks back at her. But every time she tried to open her mouth and speak only tears came down rolling her cheeks for every time she was reminded of the sad reality that took place with her husband
