Richard I gritted my teeth as I lifted a particularly heavy piece of roofing. Not because it was heavy, but because I'd been trying and failing to push out of my mind the fact that if not for this storm I would currently be married and mated to Tia. My wolf had been ignoring me since the storm, after making sure I realized how stupid I was for accepting to marry Tia, and how much of a cowardly act it was.
