Page’s POV:
“Yup, you guys together with Shawn will have a production number on Day 2 of Foundation Week. The teachers’ program committee already approved it.” Mrs. Zekatuna piped up. There was a twinkling in her eyes as her gaze roved to her son, Arkin. She probably felt a rush of pride for her son would perform in the whole school again after his hiatus.
I felt my breath suddenly hitch upon hearing that. I gulped as I tried my damnedest to process what she just announced.
Why it had to be me? Did Arkin openly suggest me as their vocalist? Or was it Rozz?
I threw a quizzical look at them.
“We still have time to do our rehearsals though,” Arkin countered.
