FEELING OF BETRAYAL

CHAPTER-4 Date Night

Henry’s POV:

‘Finally I get to go on a date with the girl who has been denying me for so long. I know it is still not a date but something is better than nothing right? I need to find out the reason of her denial today. I hope she does not spoil my mood today by throwing her tantrums in public.’

‘You know she will deny you because she already has a boyfriend but why are you still behind her?

‘UGH this conscience of mine ! You just don’t need to mock me and spoil my mood now. I am happy I am going to see my love.’

‘But are you sure you love her because you’re keen on making her come to you?’

‘I know I’m lusted towards her because when I saw her photo I was very keen on meeting her but I was denied. Again when I went to her house to see Tessa she didn’t bother to come out of the room and even when she did, she avoided my presence and continued being formal with me when I tried to make a conversation. But I guess she is much more than only lust. I will have to wait for her to surrender herself completely to me. And you being my conscience stop making me think because I have to leave now to meet her as per my plan with Tessa.’

After 15 minutes…

Buzz Buzz……

“Hey Tessa, I’m outside your house, will you be able to send Fio?” I said to Tessa in the call.

“Yes sure. I will bring her out. Make sure you convince her according to our plan.” Tessa told me.

“Yes sure I will do all that I can to brainwash her more. Bye.” I disconnected the call thinking of how to start the conversation with Fio.

Fiona’s POV:

“Henry is waiting for you outside. Don’t make noise and just sneak out to his car. If mom asks me where you have gone I’ll tell her you have gone to the library with Sam, tell her the same if you blurt out anything you will be jailed. Leave.” Tessa hissed.

‘Why do I alone have a sister like Tessa who keeps torturing me and blackmailing me throughout even when I do ony good for her and save her?’ I thought.

“Snap out of your thoughts and head to Henry and behave yourself. If I hear anything against you remember you will be jailed at home.” Tessa snapped at me.

 “Fine I will be there.” I replied

‘Why does this Henry want to meet up with me? Does he already know that I’m in a relationship or does he not know? Why is this so hard to do?’

“Hey Fio” Henry greeted me when I got into the car.

“Hello Henry.” I greeted back.

‘Oh god why does his look scare me ? What have I gotten myself into? His look doesn’t seem appealing at all. He looks like as though he would just swallow me alive with the look of lust in his eyes.’

I scoffed to get back his attention but he turned around to start driving back to the dine in restaurant.

“May I know where we are heading for dinner? Because I need to get back home soon .” I told Henry avoiding the lust glare he is throwing in his glances.

“We are heading towards Hussar restaurant in 6th Avenue.” He replied.

“I just hope you are fine with me taking you out on a date.” He told me.

‘What if I’m just not comfortable with you? Are you giving me any option?’ I thought.

“Fio? I asked you something.” Henry said looking at me worriedly placing his hands on my thighs.

“Uhm yes I’m good. Thank you.” I replied and shifting positions so that he takes his hand off my thighs.

We walked in towards the table next to the window and sat down while the waitress came to take the order.

“So what have you decided on what Tessa told you? To be honest I really like you and would love you to be my girlfriend. What is your opinion about it? Have you thought about it?” Henry asked me with a smile.

‘I don’t know what more I have to face isn’t Tessa guilty for making him approach me in the first place knowing that I’m already in a relationship?’

“Actually I wanted to talk to you about it. So to begin with this, I’m sorry I don’t think we could be in a relationship because I haven’t thought about it honestly but I can be your good friend.” I replied not knowing if I should tell him about Watson.

Our food had just arrived at the table. Thanks to the waitress to have brought it in the right time which would distract him further.

“Also did Tessa tell you about me. You know what I’m asking about right?” I asked Henry but he was busy eating his dinner.

“Yes she told me everything about you and that is why I’m interested in having a relationship with you.” Henry replied.

‘What a jackass? He did know I was in a relationship with Watson but is still behind me shamelessly? What on earth does he think he is doing?

“Hey are you alright?” Henry asked placing his palm on my palm.

‘Why does he have to be so touchy now?’

“Uhm yes I’m okay. But I do not want to get into a relationship right now I’m sorry. And I’m running late so could you drop me home soon please?” I replied not knowing how to avoid him further.

“Yes. I will drop you home.-” Henry paid the bill and got up to move towards the car.

The whole car drive was silent and Henry kept stealing looks when I was watching outside the window.

‘Why does he have to stare at me like this? Thank god I can see his moves through the reflection of the window.’ I thought

“Thank you for the ride.” I replied getting down from the car and waving out.

‘How can a person be so shameless knowing I’m already in a relationship but still wants me to be his girlfriend? I believe what Sam said is right. He is such a scam bag for real. Tessa oh god what will she ask me now? What am I going to tell her now?’

Tessa’s POV:

‘I hope he was able to convince Fio enough so that she will think about a relationship with him. But what takes it so long for her to be back? Let me just call Henry and find out when they will be reaching back.’ I thought.

“Hey Henry. When would you guys be back from dinner? I think you should bring her back before mom finds out she hasn’t gone to the library.” I told Henry

“Oh how long ago? Because she is not back home yet . I will check on her but before that tell me if you were able to convince her enough.” I asked Henry in the call curious to know what he did.

“Geez this girl I tell you. Okay I will talk to her once she is back. She will get on line with you. When she could come for a date to deny you without knowing about you I’m sure she would like to come to a date to know about you too. So give me some time to convince her enough. Thank you for being patient with her Henry. Talk to you later after I have a word with her. Bye.” I sighed disconnecting the call.

‘Why does this girl just not listen to what I’m saying? Can she just try to be in a relationship with him rather than being with useless Watson? How long do I need to convince her to breakup with him or maybe I should just talk to Watson about it. Hmm. Sounds great.’
