The Hockey Alpha and His Omega Janitor

Chapter 13

RAMI POV

I stood and watched how this so-called alpha and his mate would do with their child.

Either they let him slide for what he did, or they will force him to apologise.

“Danci don’t let me say it once again. I am already disappointed that you lied to me that she is the one who hurt you when it is the other way around. As a man, you should admit your mistakes and apologise. Now, if you know you are my son, you will do as I have said.” The alpha in a strong voice.

Ohhh, I see. At least he is a good father, but not a good alpha, apparently.

“Fine. I am sorry….. there, I said it. Can I go now?” Danci asked, sounding so arrogant.

The sound of his so-called apology didn’t even sound genuine at all.

“That is not how to apologise, young man. Do it properly.” the alpha said, showing his wolf eyes at his son.

Knowing that his father is indeed serious, he let out a sigh and turned to me.

“I am sorry for what I did to you.” Danci apologised in a much better manner.

“Good.” his father said before looking at me, and a smile formed on his face.

“My dear, please forgive our son for how he treated you. That shouldn’t have happened. Next time, if he does anything to you again, please let us know, and we will punish him as his parents.” the alpha said to me.

I only looked at him with an emotionless look.

This is the same man who is the cause and reason of my parents‘ death. He is the same person who made the guards come over to my house to ruin the last special moments I had with my parents. He is the same person who also declared my parents guilty for a crime I know they never committed. He is again the same person who announced that my parents should be executed. He is the reason why my life is this way. He is the very reason for my anger and the pain in my heart.

If only he knew how much I hated him that I just wanted to leave here before I do something bad. I am only trying to control the urge, which is burning in my chest right now.

“Please is that all, I need to go back to my work?” I asked in an uninterested tone.

I noticed his eyes changed when I spoke, although it went back to normal.

“Rami that is the alpha you are talking to like that? You shouldn’t be rude?” the head of school said immediately, cautioning me.

“I know who he is, sir, but my work is very important to me right now because it is the only thing I have to survive in this world. I can’t lose the one thing which is important to me all because I slacked.” I said firmly, looking at the head of school.

“Yo…………” he pointed at me with anger but was interrupted immediately by a calm, smoothing voice.

“It’s okay. You can go back to your work. We are sorry for taking your time.”

It was the luna who spoke.

I have heard about her.

She is calm, intelligent, and so beautiful. So they said.

But to me, she is just exactly like her mate and her son.

I turned and left the office.

As I was leaving, I heard the head of school apologising to them about my behaviour.

It’s not like I actually cared.

The moment I entered the janitor room, I meant all my co-workers waiting.

I was confused to why they were all together and staring at me like I am some prey.

“Can I help you with something?” I asked calmly.

“Rami don’t pretend like you don’t know what we need?” Angela said.

I looked at each of their faces, wondering what this is about, but I got nothing only anticipation.

“I have no idea, to be honest.” I answered.

“News has been moving around that the alpha came for you. What happened? Is it something bad? Were you punished?” one of my colleagues said.

Damn it.

Even the walls have ears in this school, and the wind blows information so fast.

“What do you think? Did I do anything to be punished for?” I asked.

“Hold on, are you saying you weren’t punished for disrespecting the alpha’s son over and over again?” angels asked, looking so dumbfounded.

“Of course, yes. In fact, I got an apology from him. His parents made him apologise to me for being mean to me and for beating me up. And he did.” I smiled, feeling so happy that everything the i***t plotted went back to him.

His luck today isn’t as much as mine.

My colleagues all gasped in surprise.

“Hold on, Rami, are you for real? Hope you aren’t lying to us?” Angela asked, looking so flabbergasted.

“Why will I lie when I know that soon the truth will spread around?” I asked her.

She covered her mouth with her hand.

“He really apologised to you?” someone asked.

“Yes he did.” I nodded.

“Woah. Never in my life have I seen him apologise to anyone. You are a blessed child.” an elderly janitor said, smiling at me.

I smiled back at her in a respectful manner.

“Thank you. Anyways I need to continue my cleaning. I left the office because I needed to work.” I said as I picked my towel and bottle spray.

“I can sit and talk when I am done. Work is important right now.” I smiled before walking out.

Just when I thought it was all over, I met three hockey players standing right in front of the door.

My smile dropped, and I glared at them.

One of them was the familiar blonde guy who was standing in their middle.

“Do you need a broom or a mop because I don’t get why you are here. This doesn’t look like your classroom, so what do you want?” I asked them.

“We heard what happened, and we are here to tell you that this isn’t over. Soon, you will pay in a hundred fold what you have done. My only advice for you is to watch your back.” the blonde dude said, trying to sound scary. Only if he knows that he is failing so woefully.

“Is that supposed to be a threat?” I asked, raising an eyebrow.

“No it is not a threat. But a warning. We hockey players do not joke with our own. If you touch one person, we will all come for you.” he said.

I scoff out loud.

“Yeah right. Whatever you say. Excuse me. I have other better things to do than listen to your baseless threats.”

I walked right in their middle and made sure to push their shoulders, especially the blonde dude.

As I walked away, I thought about he said.

Although I am not weak and all, I that I need to take whatever he says seriously.

These hockey players will really come for me very soon.
