The Hockey Alpha and His Omega Janitor

Chapter 3

RAMI POV

I slammed the door and cursed under my breath.

I dropped the janitorial cleaning cart where I picked it from and began to pull off my janitor uniform.

Just when I was unbuttoning my shirt, the door opened, and Angela walked in, looking so pale like she had just seen a ghost.

“Angela what happened to you?”

I asked out of concern.

“I should be the one who should ask you that? What the hell did you do to Danci?” she questioned.

“Danci? Who the hell is Danci?”

I asked, looking confused.

The same sounded so unfamiliar to me.

“Are you really asking me that? You insulted someone and you don’t even know his name. Wow Rami. So brave of you. Just so you know, the alpha’s son is Danci Vento.”

I rolled my eyes at the mention of the ‘alpha son’s. That very rude, despicable, annoying, crazy, ill mannered, ugly asshole.

“Oh so that is his name? I had no idea. It's not like I actually care.”

Angela gave me a look of disbelief.

“For goodness sake, Rami, are you sure you are okay? What happened to you? This isn’t you. You are not the soft, calm, quiet girl I know. What exactly happened to you that made you act that way? Of all the people you lost your cool, it just had to be Danci. Do you know what you have just done to yourself? Do you have any idea the kind of trouble you have brought to yourself?” she asked looking really troubled.

“Angela do not panic. I know what you are afraid of. But trust me, I will be fine. You have nothing to worry about. He can’t do anything to me.”

“It seems you don’t know the gravity of what you have just done, Rami. You aren’t dealing with just an ordinary pack member. Not only is he the son of the alpha, Danci is also the captain of the hockey club. He is the leader and he has so many followers. Both genders who are students and pack members look up to him. The students of this school would make your life here a living hell. You are not even up to their level so it is an added advantage to them to treat you the way they want. Danci on the other hand, is someone who no one can cross or else, the result will be fatal. I am scared of what he will do to you after what you just did to him. He isn’t someone who forgives easily. He is a hot tempered person.” she said.

“Now I see why he is such an arrogant and disrespectful jerk. Because he thinks he has people who worship him which is why he can act the way he likes. So pathetic.” I rolled my eyes again.

“Rami please…… you aren’t being serious right now. Look I think it’s best you either stay away from work for sometime especially for your safety. He might come for you anytime so at least hide from him. Then wait till everything has settled down before you come back or better still try to look for another job just to be on a safer side.” she said.

My face darkened as I listened to her.

“Sorry Angela but I won’t do that. I am not running away from him. If he wants, he can do his worst. I will be waiting for him and I will face him head on. But to say I should leave the job that provides my needs, I can’t do that.” I told him.

To hell with him and his family, but I, Rami Bright will never run away.

Running away means I am scared and weak. It will make him feel special, and that is not my aim.

I want him to feel it hard that I, Rami Bright, would never bow to him or run away from him because I am not scared of him.

He can do whatever he likes with me, and I won’t back down. And he should also be ready because I also won’t be going soft on him.

“Rami can you just listen to yourself right now? Are you forgetting you aren’t even a rank close to him? You are just an omega who would be crushed just with a snap of a finger. You need to run and hide for your safety.” Angela said, raising her voice.

“I know fully well who I am, which is why I am not going to run away. I don’t care what he wants to do to me, infact I am ready to fight back with everything that I have.” I told her.

“You have chosen to be stubborn, right? Well, at least I tried my best to advise you and help you out here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, Rami. At least stay away from him. I will leave you now. But please think about what I just said.”

And she turned and left me standing there.

I really appreciate her for caring for me because it was so obvious even from her face that she is worried for me.

But right now, a new fire is burning inside of me.

Just seeing the son of the people who caused my parents‘ death made me so mad.

I also should be a student just like him in this school, but his parents destroyed everything.

They took my future from me.

My whole dream was shattered, and I was left with nothing.

Absolutely nothing.

And he thinks I will bow to him.

To hell with him. I will f*****g show him that I am not someone he can walk on.

Unlike him, I have nothing else to lose so I am giving this fight all my best because I must win.

I changed into my normal outfit which was a faded shirt and also faded jeans trousers which the blue was almost turning white.

I picked my bag and headed home.

As I was leaving, I noticed that some students were staring at me that it became so intense.

I knew they were saying mean things about me in their minds.

I wanted to shout at them to mind their f*****g business but I reserved that energy and continued to walk without turning back.

I walked to the little space which is a single room I got. It was so little but at least it is a place I can openly call my home.

And it is nice to have a home to come back home although I still miss my happy home which was destroyed years ago.

As I entered my house, I pulled off my clothes, took a quick bath and sat down wearing my dad’s big shirt.

I pulled out my diary and began to write down everything that happened today.

After telling my diary everything, I began to plan how to get the alpha and his family for what they did to my parents.

“How about we use their son to get to them?”

My introverted wolf, Rain said.

She only speaks when it is important but hides always.

“That is a brilliant idea Rain. Using that jerk as a bait is a good idea. I need to start planning how to go about this.”

They will pay with everything they have for taking everything from me.
