“You requested to see me Alpha?” echoes into the room. I turn and suddenly feel relieved to see Beta Asher standing behind Ashley in the door way. That’s when I realize that Blake had mind linked Asher. I suppose I now know how Blake intends to deal with Eric and I’m far from thrilled. He’s my boyfriend. It should be me to ask him to leave. Ashley steps to the side, letting Asher into the Alpha’s office. He gives me a curious glare and his forehead wrinkles in confusion. Blake runs his hand through his tousled hair, his heightened stress levels evident. “Your buddy is here,” he says in a sour voice. “Jealousy isn’t a good look on you Blake,” I blurt out and suddenly wish I could bury my head in the sand. Blake growls and his eyes flicker black, his wolf warning me to back off.
