“Are you ready to listen now?” My wolf growls at the scouts surrounding her, each and every one of them in a lowly bow, afraid to look upon the beast that had been unleashed on them moments ago.
They don’t answer, but she seems satisfied as none of them dare look at her, keeping their eyes fixed on the ground below them. “Now that’s how you treat an Alpha.” My wolf says to me mentally, her words laced with annoyance, but also a bit of satisfaction.
“You’re welcome.” She spits at me before allowing me to crawl back out of the corner she had pushed me into.
I shift back into my human form, not caring for once that I am completely naked in front of men and woman that have known me all their life.
