CARAMIA:
The sun has started to rise, lighting up the sky with its face of molten gold. My wolf whimpers as we keep our eyes fixed on our unconscious mate. She should not be taking this long to get up and it is making me nervous. I don’t know why she attacked me, she must have lost control of her wolf when the Alpha bond kicked in.
She turned human again when she passed out. I have checked her over and over again for any serious injury. The wound on her arm that was already closing, but I know that it will leave a scar. Forever reminding her that I bit her.
“We had no choice, she was coming for blood.” My wolf tries to comfort my racing mind. “She’ll understand.”
