Damien's POV. For days after the incident with Persephone's father, I could not stop myself from thinking about it. I just kept wondering how it was even possible for another human being-- who happens to be her father-- to cause her so much pain, to the point that she cannot even move or think straight. I also could not help but think about how I am going to make that man suffer for what he has done to Persephone.
