Apart from the partnership he had been forming with the Rylers and the frenzy he was stiring up in the town, there was something else bothering him. He had brushed it off at first, thinking it was not as important as he thought it to be, but lately, he is getting impatient.
His territory may be quiet, but his mind isn't. It is swarmed, filled to the brim with thoughts of that strange woman he found on his turf a while ago. There was something about her, that unsettled him. Was it the energy she exuded? Or the fact that she seemed to fall in the tiny gap between mortal and immortal? She was definitely not normal, he is certain of it.
