It has been a while now since I found Victory curled up on the floor and unconscious. I got the scare of my life when I checked for a pulse and got none. A week has passed now and she still has not gained consciousness.
I wonder what happens to her that day. when I called the doctor, he said that she had suffered from intense shock. What could she have seen that causes her to slip into a*****e of shock and lose bee consciousness? Had the doctor not assured me that she is not in a coma, I would have been utterly devastated.
Seeing her laying on the bed almost lifeless like this has made me feel utterly helpless. I feel incompetent and inadequate. Victory has been through a lot and it is high time she got some consolation. But fate seems to think otherwise.
