Joseph looked at the people under the rain shelter, and since no one came to intervene, he simply gave up. Cold and exhausted, Joseph sat down against a big tree.
"Damn useless woman, completely useless. No one's even coming to help you." Joseph cursed angrily, feeling his body grow colder.
Sheree lay on the ground, looking at the pale-faced Kayla beside her, her heart filled with overwhelming hatred.
What good is a man like this?
Might as well be dead.
"Hey, go borrow something from them to keep me warm." Joseph nudged Sheree's body with his foot.
Enduring the pain in her body, Sheree slowly got up from the ground, hiding the hatred in her eyes, and looked at Joseph.
"They've agreed to let Kayla go over to warm up. I'll help her over now." Sheree said, reaching out to help Kayla.
