As I leave Val's room, I became worried her life might be in danger. At first, I shrugged off the feelings of her getting hurt and returned to my room. I headed straight to the bathroom to spit out the blood in my mouth. "Someone had tried to poison her through her medicine," I thought.
My mind had suddenly drifted back to her and I felt my heart beat fast. This is my first time getting so worked up over someone. I had not felt like this for Jade. Even when she got hurt. I tried to shrug off the thought and began to wash my mouth and my hands. I wiped them dry with a dry towel and left the bathroom.
"What if she gets hurt again?" My subconscious mind said and I blinked.
I need to find a way to keep her safe. My head was filled with so many thoughts I couldn't think straight.
