EPISODE THREE "JESUS !" Suzan shouted as the invigilator tapped her to reality. She slept off during the Third Term examination. She slept so deeply that she met herself in another world. She was so confused that she hardly concentrated on what she was writing. She managed to finish the examination and rushed out of the hall to reflect on the dream she just had. Back to her room, Suzan lay on her bed with her eyes firmly closed and recounted the dream in her mind. "What is happening to me? How could this even be true?" Me, a twelve year old in love with Bro Joel, an adult, who already has a fiancee? Come to think of it, both of us were young in the dream! No, dream is nothing but scam" She laughed hysterically. The end of Section party at the Federal Government College was always the talk of the town. The Valedictory Service and school party of the school was always "on point"; dignitaries and elites would be in attendance. Suzan's closest friend Fatimat, in JSS3 was one of the Juniour graduands. Although Fatimat was Suzan's senior, their similar choice of food was their bond; while others were eating swallow, both would come to the dinning with either Golden Morn or Cornflakes. It was during the party that Fatimat introduced Suzan to his brother Idris. They both were together throughout the event and got to know a little about each other. At the end of the event, Fatimat had to leave with her parents who came with their car. Idris bid Suzan goodbye after both had exchanged contacts. The following morning, Suzan's dad also came to pick her. Suzan thought of telling her mum about the strange dream she had started having while still in Primary school. The main characters in the dream was always she and bro. Joel;same characters but different plots. On the second thought, she decided to keep it to herself, believing that it was just a mere fantasy. All through the holiday, Suzan and Idris did a lot of chatting and video calling. They became so close that they couldn't live a day without saying "hi" to each other via phone. The Third Sunday of the month at E.C.M. was exclusive for the church youth. Joel, being the Church Youth Leader, championed the event as usual; he had always been a very vibrant youth in the house of God. Joel was looking exceptionally handsome and sharp in his navy blue blazer on a white shirt. "Wow, you look good sir" Suzan said. "Thanks my dear" Joel replied. That particular Youth program was exceptional because the playlet for the day centered on Youth's personal relationship with God and man; it was a very interesting one. Towards the end of the service, the pastor introduced a very fair pretty lady to the church as a "First Timer". As usual, the congregants stretched their hands and prayed for her. Then, the pastor shared the good news of Joel's forthcoming marriage to the pretty First Timer, whose name was Esther. Few prayer points were rendered towards the success of the wedding and the service was brought to a close.
