For the past week, DayDay been on my mind real heavy. I guess it's because of what Jonathan said. I moved from underneath Kyron and went to go pee. After, I washed my hands and went to go fix breakfast.

What if I did still love DayDay? Kyron should be the only person I think about in any form. But Kyron keep sneaking his way from the back of my mind. As I whipped up the eggs I pulled out my phone and called DayDay for the first time since he met Jonathan.

"Hello?" He stated sleepily. I looked at the time and it was 12 pm.

"Nigga get yo ass up!" I excluded. "What you got planned for the day?"

"Nothing, wassup?" He stated and I heard him getting up from a Laying down position.

"Meet me at my house in 30" I said and hung up then finished cooking Kyron and his son.

Yes his son. I found out about this lil Nigga 2 months when his mama dropped him off unexpectedly. Kyron swore up and down he didn't know anything about him but I have my doubts. But he is so adorable, I fell in love with him.

I ended up fixing pancakes, eggs, sausage, Bacon, french fries, and beef hash. I turned on the tv to spongebob for KJ (Kyron Jr) then sat his mini plate on a towel I laid down for him. When I walked into his room, he was in his crib Laying down clapping. He like 3 still in this Damn thing. He f*****g walks. I picked him up and sat him on the floor and he already knew Where he was going. I then made my way to Kyron's room and woke him up.

"I'm about to go home" I said. "KJ in the living room eating"

He groaned and got up. I rolled my eyes then put on my Pajama pants and my shoes. I grabbed everything I brought last night and put it in my overnight bag then dipped out.

My song was interrupted by my phone ringing, which made my whole car ring. I looked at the caller ID and seen it was DayDay. I answered "Hello?"

"I'm waiting on you" he said sounding impatient.

"I'm around the corner" I lied.

"Yeah Okay" he said then hung up with his rude ass.

I Shut my car off in my driveway. DayDay couldn't have been that bored because Daddy was there. I got my stuff and got out. When I walked in the house, I came face to face with an impatient DayDay.

"Best friend!" I squealed and went to go hug him. I Damn near melted from his touch. I took a deep wiff of him and then let go.

"What you wanted girl?" He stated. I didn't say anything, I just walked away into the den.

"You haven't spoke to me in forever and that's how you greet me?" I stated. He rolled his eyes and then sat on the couch in front of me.

"I'm sorry best friend, I missed you now what?" He stated. I gave him the bird then went upstairs to put my stuff up.

I looked myself in the mirror "you can do this" I stated to myself then took a couple demo breaths. When I felt I could do it, I went down to Where he was, eating a pop tart.

"What did y----" he started but was cut off.

"I love you" I said hurriedly.

"I love you too" he said "now what you wanted?"

"No DayDay, I'm in love with you" I confessed "I tried getting over it but you just keep coming back to my mind. I did it for your sake, my sake, Kyron and Jas' sake but I can't help it, Dequan I love you and I hate it"

"I wish I knew you felt like this" he said leaning back into his seat and putting his hand over his face. "How long?"

"I don't know, forever?" I chuckled, because I really didn't know.

"Damn, why you wait so long then?" He asked sitting up to collect more information.

"Because when I realized it, we were both already taken" I said.

"f**k Naija" he said shaking his head "If Jas wasn't pregnant, no doubt I would've dropped her for you" he said and just like that my whole world, heart and tears came crashing down.

"She's pregnant?" I found the courage to croak out.

"Yep two months," he said with a fake ass smile "I'm sorry" he said.

"You good, I shouldn't have waited so long" I said wiping away my tears.

"I-----" he started but was interrupted by my daddy coming in.

"Look what I bought" he said holding up a baby pitbull.

He was so cute and small, his skin looked like a silver-blue kind of color. I went up to go hold him and noticed his eyes were blue.

"Aww daddy, he is adorable" I cooed over him rubbing on him.

"I'll see y'all later" DayDay said. I gave him the evil glare for taking the first exit excuse he could get.

"Ight son" daddy said.

"Bye Naija" he said to me but I ignored him and continued to play with my new puppy. YES! I'm taking claim. "Can you walk me to thwart door?"

I rolled my eyes and followed him out the den, through the kitchen, and to the living room Where the door was. He opened the door and started to leave, but turned back around. I was unsure of what he was doing but it didn't matter once he kissed me. I was shocked but I soon started kissing back. He finally broke the kiss and smiled at me.

"I love you too" he said and turned around. When he turned around, we both noticed Kyron standing there with KJ coming towards us.

"Best friend huh?" He said then laughed a not so humorous laugh before walking away.
