Tesla’s POV My heart raced and tears streamed down my cheeks at Eldwin’s words through the link. Skald whimpered and licked my cheek. As if it would make them stop. I smiled at him reassuringly. “Let’s go. The creature is gone. We have to go find the others,” I said as I crawled towards the hole and began to peak out. I couldn’t hardly smell anything other than dirt. I sighed as I cautiously stretched my arms out so I could climb out. I screamed when something grabbed my arms and started pulling me out. “Tesla! Tesla! It’s ok! It’s me, Allen,” Allen’s voice called out. I smacked his chest. “You ‘bout gave me a heart attack!” I snarled. Skald yipped. “Sorry. We’ve been running around in circles and then suddenly we smelled your scent and I didn’t think when I saw your arms,” Alle
