"Let's go," Mace Reed said calmly. "I still have a lot to show you, so let's not waste too much time here." As they walked through the steel door leading to the next level, the intense training, the shouts and screams that rose and fell, were suddenly cut off. There was no more modern training equipment, no more computer-controlled internal monitoring system, and no more high-powered central air conditioning.
