BABY DECISIONS

We arranged a sit down with Noah's parents about our decision on school. When Noah told them what we had decided they agreed it would be for the best. Next came where we were going to live. We agreed that we would stay with his parents until after the babies were born at least. If Brad still needed us we would stay here until he was better. Since the Flynn's had been planning on building a guest house we were going to move into that with the babies and rent out my house until after we finished school to help generate some income so we didn't have to worry about working and going to school at the same time. This made Mathew and June ecstatic. Since the guest house was going to have 6 bedrooms June insisted I go with her to the decorator's to help design both nurseries. We had decided on a princess themed nursery for Mary June in purple. While we did Lee Tuppen's room in blue with soccer balls and footballs.
When we got back and showed Noah he smiled and pulled me in close. I like them. So, what kind of furniture. Well the cribs are matching mahogany. As for the toddler beds your mom insisted on a bed shaped like Cinderella's carriage for Mary June and I insisted on a Mustang for Lee Tuppen. Nice, but are we going to be there that long. I laughed I think your mom is hoping but if we aren't we can always take them with us.
We went shopping one day and purchased a bunch of baby clothes. The Flynn's were going crazy with the baby preparations even though we still had a few months before they came. Nestor came for a visit during this time to finally meet me he said. He looked at me and kept shaking his head I finally had to ask him what was up and all he said was "I can't belive that Knuckle head has an amazing woman. Here I thought he was wrong about you that you were selfish and couldn't handle him being away. Just to find out you were willing to hurt yourself just to keep him at school" I smile and say "yeah, right now he is mad at me because I am making him go back to finish this semester. I am not 100% sold on him giving up Harvard for me but I am not going to fight him on it, but I will fight him on not at least finishing one semester." He looks at me and says "it's to late that is part of the reason I am here I brought the last of his things from the dorm. He with drew shortly after he got here" I chuckle "I should of known he probably did it that same day after he saw me." "I don't know when he did it but he did" "yeah that is one of the things Noah and I have in common once we make up our mind it is hard to change it especially if we have already worked out an alternative." "so, you all have been working on the nurseries" "yeah, if you get these print outs from the table it is the computer mock up of what they will look like when completed." I watched him as he looked at the pictures and he looked at me and said "nice, can I ask you something" "sure" "why footballs and soccer balls I get the mustang that is for Lee right" "yep the Mustang is in honor of Lee, the footballs for Noah and soccer for me" He looked me up and down "really you were a soccer player" "yep, I was ok at it" Noah walks in the room and laughs "stop lying Shelly you were the best on the team they have only won 1 game since you left. She was there aggressor." Nestor started laughing "seriously an aggressor this little thing" Noah "I wouldn't piss her off man right now she might not be able to but eventually she will and she has a long memory" I look at Noah "if you go to the entertainment unit next to the tv is my last game. The one Lee just sent to UCLA to see if I can get a scholorship" "ok" Noah goes puts in the game and we sit back and watch well the guys do I was watching Nestor's reactions" He would flinch, bite his fist and groan. "I finally couldn't stop laughing and he looked at me and said "damn, for such a little thing you sure can knock them on their ass" "yep, that is why I hardly ever got any penalties." June came in and I couldn't help myself I stood up and asked "want me to show you some of my moves" Noah pulled me down just as June gasps and says "don't even think about it Shelly our babies are to precious." Nestor looks at him and says "you are going to be a great father" I saw Brad out of the corner of my eye and he hadn't met Nestor I smile and said "yep, he is a great father. I am helping him with his son" at that point Brad comes bouncing in and says "Daddy" and throws his arms around Noah's neck. The look on Nestor's face was priceless. June started laughing so hard she was leaning against the wall holding her sides. Noah looked at me and said "that is not funny you two" Nestor kept looking around at all of us and when I finally was able to stop laughing I said "Nestor this is my little brother Brad. The Flynn's are his legal guardians. Sorry I couldn't help myself when I saw Brad had come home from school just as you made that last comment." he just shook his head and said "you two are perfect for each other."
