Eventually Brad fell asleep and I called in Noah and he carried Brad to bed. I helped him tuck Brad in and we snuck out. When we got down stairs we find Lee grinning like an i***t. I look at him and say "So, you were on the last shift" they both look at me. I giggle and say "you two don't really belive I couldn't see you all keeping an eye on us in case Brad needed help. Don't worry I understand you guys are just worried about me." Lee finally relents and says "yeah, I was I almost lost it when he asked you that" Noah looks between the two of us and I grin and say "sorry babe it is a secret between and Brad." There was no way I was going to make Noah feel like he had to propose.
Yet, kids will be kids because for several days Brad started running around the house doing goofy things like throwing rice at us when we were together. He even went as far as to start humming the wedding march around Noah. I guess at some point someone spoke to Brad because he stopped. I was glad I really didn't want to have to deal with Noah proposing only because he felt obligated.
One day June said we were all going out to eat at a steak house in town and wanted me to dress nice. She even had picked out a pair of slacks and a button down t-shirt for Brad. When we all came down I joked that we all looked like we were looking like we were going to hit a runway. June, Mathew and Brad rode in June's Mercedes. While Lee, Rachel, Noah and I rode in Lee's mustang. When we arrived at the restaurant I noticed that June, Mathew and Brad had already gone inside. We all walk up Lee and Rachel go ahead of us because Noah stops me and says I have been wanting to do this since the house but I was worried Lee would yell grose again so. He pulls me close and brushes his lips against mine and lightly brushes his tounge along my lips seeking permission which I give him and I feel him pull me closer deepening the kiss. When we pull apart I am completely breathless. He walks me into the restaurant. As, we walk through the restaurant the people at the tables all start handing me roses as I pass their tables. I look up at Noah and ask him "what did you do" He just smiles at me and continues to lead me though to the back. As we walk in to the back banquet room I see Tuppen who flips a sign that says SHELLY Then Olivia WILL Duncan YOU Rachel MARRY Lee NOAH? I turn to look at him and he is on one knee holding out a ring I smile with tears slipping down my face and say yes. He slips the ring on my finger picks me up and spins me around before carring me out to the main part of the restaurant and yells "SHE SAID YES!
