Chapter 11 : Matthew's POV

The the rest of the week went down like a buzz . Rumours that I got cold feet mid f*****g Pretty spread like wild fire through the students but to be honest I couldn't care less . I knew they would die down by the following week . Today was a Friday and I've been trying to talk to Amora this whole week but she seems to be avoiding me . Every time I would see her she was either with Mr Caveman ( who I could tell likes her from the way he looks at her )or she approached someone else to keep herself occupied when she saw me coming her way . I tried texting her but she ignores my texts and when I raised my hand up in class to answer a question she would shut me down and pick someone else to answer it . Even Jakes and Leo noticed that she was trying to avoid me . I waited for her period to commence , this time I wasn't gonna back down until she spoke to me . Every time this woman walks into the class I swear I'm cultivated . As she was reading monologues from the book New town I had to raise my hand up and bombard her with questions until she got irritated . At least that was the only way I could get her attention . When class was over she stopped me and then waited for all the learners to leave before she started talking to me . " Look , I don't know what you are trying to do or who you are trying to impress here but what you are doing is not funny . " " And what exactly am I doing Ms Parker ? " I asked her . " Questioning my teachings ? " she said . " I was not questioning your teachings in fact I just wanted to understand them better and to get your attention since you've been ignoring me this whole week . " I responded and I saw her face turn frown . " Look I just want you to forget about that kiss okay ? " "And you think ignoring me will help ? Geez man that's so stupid of you . " I said in frustration and left her standing there before she could say another word . When I arrived home threw myself on my bed and I started regretting how I spoke to her . I couldn't believe she was trying to make me forget about what we shared but then it wasn't right for me to walk out at her and call her stupid . I was fighting with my inner thoughts when suddenly I heard some giggling coming from the kitchen . That's weird I thought no one was home except the maid , I thought to myself . I went to the kitchen to check who it was , when I saw my dad being lovey dovey with this other pretty woman . I haven't seen him with another woman since my mom died and to be honest that very moment made my heart shatter . " Dad ? " I said and they turned to look at me . " Oh son , I'm sorry I didn't know you were home already ." he said. " And who is this ? " I asked him . " This is Moira , my new girlfriend . " he mumbled that last past . I looked at him then at the woman with an angry face and ran to my room and locked the door . I can't believe dad moved on from mom that quick . I know it's been two years since she died but that doesn't give him the right to have a new girlfriend so early in the game . I mean I am still morning mom and I thought he was doing the same . I threw myself on my bed and started crying until I fell into a deep sleep. When I woke up the clock read 23:15 Pm . I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't so I decided to go out for a drive .

Amora's POV

I was watching a movie at midnight because I couldn't sleep when all of the sudden my doorbell rang . I wondered who it could be at that time of the night . I wasn't gonna open the door until I heard it ring countless times . When I finally opened it , Matt was standing on my doorstep . His eyes were red and watery like he had been crying or something . " What happened Matthew ? What are you doing here at this time of the night . " I asked him . He just looked at me for a second then grabbed me by the neck and hit me with an unexpected kiss . I couldn't help it so I kissed him back . The feeling came back again . My mind went blank as he moved us inside and closed the door behind him . When my I heard the door closed my mind finally came back to earth and I pulled away from him . " Don't try that again ." I said pointing at him and trying to catch my breath . " I can't promise you that . " he said also trying to catch his breath . " Look Amora , I like you . A lot . And ever since I met you I couldn't stop thinking about you . And that kiss , well every time I kiss you it's like some kind of magical feeling . You drive me crazy . " he said and went back to kissing me before I could say anything. He kissed me slowly and passionately but as time progressed he started going deeper with his tongue . I put my hands around his neck and another going into his hair . He picked me up and carried me to my bedroom , then gently put me down and started undressing me as I did the same to him . When all our clothes were on the floor and we were wearing nothing but our underwears he picked me up again and laid me gently on my bed then he proceeded with taking my bra off .
