The New Guests

Exactly at 7 pm, we have been required down in the meeting room, So accordingly, all the students were present at the meeting hall. It was a long hall with big tables and chairs in three rows. For the freshers, and following two senior year students. We were asked to sit on the left-hand side of the row, as prepared for the freshers. I and my friends sat together.

Jenny said-" Do you have any idea why are we have been called here?"

John shifted on her side and whispered in her ears-" Do you want to find out?"

Brad noticed that and asked-" what are you two discussing?"

John replied quickly with a smile-" Nothing much brother, let's sit, come, I saved you a seat."

Junnie followed to rest of the group and asked-" Hey everyone, did I missed something?"

Brad replied with the excitement of seeing her-" No... not at all, you are on time"

Jenny asked looking around-" Woah!!! there are a lot of witches and wizards here"

Junnie smiled at her and replied-" Someday we will be calling ourselves full-grown witches and wizards too."

Brad smiled and replied-" That's sick"

Junnie looked at Brad with a curious eye-" Who's sick?"

John stood up and shushed them-" Shhh... did you all noticed Shawna isn't here yet"

Jenny replied-" Do you think she might have forgotten us? or..."

Brad replied pointing at the door-" there's she. Hey Shawna, we are here, come"

I followed them to their table.

Jenny said-" We thought you might have forgotten us, as you got your new two friends from the royal family"

I replied politely-" What? No, Don't even think like that. I will never ditch you guys. And just so you know, that two royal highness haven't arrived yet" I smirked at them.

Everyone burst out in a laugh. Just then, the lady I met this morning arrived. All the senior students stood up to greet her, we followed the same.

She stood up from the aisle and spoke out" Welcome to Witchward Wizard school, to each one of you. I am professor Dunston. I believe all of you had a fair journey to the school. Nevertheless, before starting for today, we welcome our three royal students of this year." She opened up a scroll and read out the names-" Well, I welcome Miss. Jennifer Laynin, our very own Sir Stagrid's daughter. We welcome you to our School."

Everyone looked at the door waiting to see her. And we saw a very stylish girl, dressed very elegantly. A black knee-length skirt with a matching blazer and a hat. She walked straight to the aisle and stand beside her. She called out the names again from the scroll-" We welcome, the Prince of Witzworld Dynasty, the only son of King Nashal and Queen Kelnier and the next heir, Prince Priam Wilboard."

He walked with dignity and a warm smile. He was very handsome, wore a royal blazer, defiantly looking hot. Every girl in the room looked at him with awe. He went up and greets her politely, and also to every other student present there. I can tell, he knows how to make an appearance. And then finally she called out my name-" And we welcome, the only heir of Wizard Dynasty, Princess Parshawna Macduff."

Jennifer gave mild laughter hearing the name. I walked out a little shyly over there and I stood in the right corner. Professor Dunston said-" We welcome you with all of our heart, we have arranged all that is needed for you according to the notice we have received. But we believe, in the school premises, you will behave and have the same identity as other students of Witchward Wizard Dynasty. You may all take a seat now."

We took our seat, Jennifer took a seat near the crowd, she made two friends or followers I suppose Cresseda & Cassie. Priam took a seat in the first row alone, I could see all the girls were hovering over him, while he was trying to concentrate in the meeting.

Professor Dunston looked at everyone, once everyone is settled she said-" Now I am going to discuss few important rules regarding this school. I believe, that students who are freshers, would maintain and follow the rules and regulations of our school. We will divide all of you into Four house groups, each will be led by the senior students. You must obey and learn from them. At the end of the year, the house, with much proficiency, will win the "Super Wizard House Cup". Well, there are certain rules, you must follow to win this cup.

The rules are:

You must have a proper school dress code while entering the school premises. any kind of discrimination will not be accepted as each one of you are under the same status now, as a student of Witchward Wizard School. Using spells, other than classrooms is forbidden without any particular reason. You must respect your teachers and seniors and classmates. All the students must not get out of the rooms after 10 PM. The timing of gathering together is at Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner, Everyone must follow that. Bunking of classes is prohibited. Bullying or mocking someone is prohibited. Each house captains are responsible for the team members. Breaking of certain rules will be depicted as the suspension of the student.

Now, You must know that each House will be judged at the end of the year, so according to your studies and extracurricular activities, your behavior is also counted for addition or subtraction in the marks, So I wish you all the best and follow the rules to win. Now, you all must welcome, our principal, Mr. Malcom, here on the stage to speak a few words."

Everyone applause and waited for the principal to join us, after few minutes, A hawk flew over us to the stage and changed into an old man. That is our beloved principal Mr. Malcom. He greets all of us with keen eyes and a smile.

Mr. Malcom said-" hello everyone, I welcome all of you to Witchward Wizard school of Arts. every year, there are several students get admission here. We, offer you not only the arts and history of magic but also the knowledge of life. every student of each year gets the knowledge you require as a witch or wizards. There are a few rules and regulations of this world you must know about. Which we will follow accordingly. Now let me describe to you the history of our wizard world and this school. About 3000 years ago, our very first ancestor Lily Width, had fought for our people and died saving them. Her very own sister and the man he loved, betrayed her, they did not accept the way she was. She was kind, brave, loyal and the most powerful witch. She never has used her powers for the wrong means. But instead, she had to die to prove her innocence and her love. She created a barrier between the human world and the wizarding world. During her last breath, she gave responsibility to our Four noble and brave Witches and Wizards, who created this school.

Category One- The Fire.Category Two- The Water.Category Three- The Air.Category Four- The Earth.

Also, this is one of our five elements of life. The very last one is the soul. A pure soul of a Witch or a Wizard is the one which will make you win this competition, also many completion in life ahead. Accordingly, we will divide you into your houses. Now, the Leaders we are choosing are from our senior year. The one, who had learned what they have come here for. Now it is their duty to teach and guide you.

Miss. Perry Longford- The house captain of the Fire Team.

Mr. Berry James Bentinck- The house captain of the Water Team.

Miss. Kathrine Mosley- The house captain for Air Team.

Mr. William parker- The house captain for Earth Team."

While principal Malcolm was telling us about the houses I was wondering which team I shall be with. Just then the house captains, came up with a Blowlamp, and they put it in the middle of the aisle, they stood in order. Mr. Malcom said-" Now, everyone must write your names in a paper given to you and will come forth in front of the Blowlamp. Once you put the paper in it, it will throw back the name of the house you will be in."

Everybody followed the instruction.

Noshil Din went for the water team, Nick Pevensie went for the Earth team, Lisa Corney went for the water team, Gigee Dan went for the Earth team... so were the students passing by the house division. Now, Jennifer and her two friends Cresseda & Cassie went up and waited for their results, and they all together qualified for the Air team. Jenney and John qualified for the Earth team and Junnie and Bradshaw qualified for the Water team, Priam got qualified for the fire team, Oliver and Benjamin followed to the Fireteam as well. Lucas and Noah went for the earth team. One by one, students are getting divided by teams, I was getting a little panicked about what team shall I be in. I hope I get with my friends. And finally, I went up and stood before the lamp. I looked at principal Malcom, he indicates I to go for it. I put the paper in the fire and a paper came back written "Fire". And that's how I went for the Fire Team.
