At the breakfast table that day, everyone including Tricia, Edward and Mr Griffin with Shaun were digging through their food before they set out to get on with the day's work. Tricia interrupted the silence that filled the air. She started, "I have good news everyone." She said with a fake smile on her face.
"Mm-hmm? We want to hear it." Mr. Griffin said while chewing on his food.
"I have found a spot for uncle Shaun down at the company," she said with a forced smile on her face. "And that's not even the best part . . . He can and will start today. In fact uncle Shaun as we leave, you're coming with me and Edward. Isn't that great? In fact obviously it's alright you'll come with us." Tricia said as she narrowed her eyes at Shaun.
Everyone else's gaze turned to Shaun to see his reaction
